Parle — Stop the stock delivery to my agency for improving the sales

I have raise a complaint for my agency code in block due to only improve the sale and i will promise to increase my sale in few months this will due to corona virus covid 19 all school and college cloed our s o will increase the sale i will promise to our s o he did accepted and block my code and stop the stocks since5 months also i approched to s.o asm and d sm and my issue not finanlised so please finalise my issue and do the needfull.

This is regarding the complaint ID2892258.we haven't got any reposnse till now.I want to highlight few more points.
we have started our parle distruibution in the year 2014 with monthly turn over of 2 lacs .With all our efforts after great challanges we have imporved the business .The turnover for Mar 2020 is 12 lacs. From Mar 2020 to Jul 2020 due to the pandamic suituation we are receving limted stock.Since last one year because of closing of schools the sales has been slightly dipped.On Feb 2021 we have done a payment of 5 lacs.we haven't recevied any bill and we haven't got any reponse from the parle sales team.
