Parle — Very poor delivery for parle product

Sir with due respect, i am running a departemental
store in (approx 6000sq feet area) in the name of
garg supermarket llp a-70 dasrath puri dabari palam road
new delhi 110046

our distributor m/s eminenza enterprises did not deliver the products timely when ever we call the sales man they reply very rudely, i am very disappointed that
we are bound with parle family since last 10 years
and then also they are behaving like this.
Tell me what to do...
