Parle — White particles on hide and seek biscuits

I've purchased a hide and seek café mocha biscuit packet, when I opened the packet the biscuits had white stuff ( looks like fungus ) in the chocochip parts of the biscuit... As much as I like the biscuit I can't eat it now. Im 100 % sure that the pack was perfectly fine and still the biscuits had that. I have video and photo for proofs
The packet was packed on 29/9/23 and expires on 26/4/24.
