All the biscuits in the packets are always crushed and no attention is paid on complaint e - mails.
Such a brand and such a customer satisfaction index.
No escalation matrix is available. Whatever complaint email address is provided on wrappers are totally fake as there is no response even in months.
Customer is supposed to accept whatever # is provided

Another pathetic experience. Actually now its a issue whoch should be warned on social media that Parle makes pathetic product which has no quality and betond that they have no ownership as well.
Another product purchased with same issues.
It's better not to waste your money buying pathetic products of Parle.
Rusks are totally crushed and underbaked like eating raw suji.

There are few half biscuits in krack jack biscuits 10 Rs packet. It not like biscuits are packed without any checking. It is carelessness from one of the most respected companies in India.
