[Resolved]  Parle — worst quality lot - very hard & not at all crispy

Dear sir,

We daily consume parle-g biscuits but pl find the attached lot no which has been produced are of worst quality.

Its not at all crispy & also does not melt in tea/milk.

We have thrown out all the 24 packets due to worst quality lot which we have received.

Kindly note this and act on the same to fulfil the customers need by providing best quality product.
