Hello I had applied new pan card on 06.feb.19 in the name of my wife SANA Begum .
Invoice no:1454724 online through www.applypanindia.in Message of successfully received by www.applypanindia.in is also received in my mobile. Thereafter necessary documents were also sent through Regd. AD post at your Delhi address but I haven't got any reply from company or post.please take action against them and refund my amount or process my pan application

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

I Have applied and paid Rs. 500 to update of pan card but not yet received anything from them even after 30 days simply they sent us Invoice number. they dont even contact number in their website
