Parsh Tax Solutions LLP — not providing the pan card to my sister and grabbed the fee illegally

I have applied for a duplicate pan card in favour of my sister mrs avula rama subbamma, who is living in andhra pradesh on 12th december 2017 and the whole amount was paid on line. But, so far no pan card was issued nor my money was refunded to me. It is a day burglary. They are deceiving the commong citizens like any thing. Some law enforcing agencies should take these people to task and see that no innocent fellow is ever cought in their trap
