Good day sir / mam.

Please note we booked a flat in parsvnath privilege greater noida in 2008, construction is on hold and builder not refunding the money on grounds of no funds. Suffering heavily because of the same.

We have tried to get in touch with the builder by mail, phone and personally. However no response to our mails, and phone is either not picked or dis-connected immediately. Whenever approaching for refunds company staff threats and misbehaves.

All family members under depression.

Please look into the same for getting my refund.

As per agreement i have not been given the possession of plot no m119, my name is shiv swaroop shrivastava. I have paid full amount to the co. Arrange to refund the amount with interest or give the possesion of the plot. A. Perod of 10 years has elapsed. Now i am 64 year old retired person, & in need of money. I hope you will consider my request as soon as possible.

I own a flat d block 1003 on tenth floor of parsvnath exotica, gt road, ghaziabad, which was booked by me in june 2013, after payment of 25% of due amount, which is rs 22 lacs out of total cost of 3bhk flat which was rs 88 lacs. Since last 6 years neither parsvnath has given any possession of flat nor given any refund on claimed amount. My registered refund request is in their office since last 2 years with no results. I had booked a flat with preston three bhk in 2008.
Paid fully thru axis bank towards the flat. The flat was to be deliverd in three years and emi to refund in these three years or till possesion given under builder buyer agreeent.
Not recieved emi's for the last four years and no sight of flat being completed.
Further at their own discretion changed the flat location thru a letter without conscent.
I am paying my emi's to the bank where as the builder is enjoying my hard earned money.
Visited their office many times but with no change of attitude from them. One answer repeated again — "we dont have funds"

Please refer to my earlier request applications dated 16.8.2016, 22.4.2016, 1.8.2016 and 28.9.2016 & latest vide memo no. Spl-5/par/snp dated 31.1.2017 addressed to your company through registered letters as well as through mail wherein i had submitted that the above commercial unit was booked during 2009 by depositing rs. 280525/- (Rs two lacs eighty thousand and five hundred twenty five) as booking amount. Since then, i am visiting your shahdara office e. G. On dated 22.4.2016, 1.8.2016 as well as explained the exigencies for refund of amount and handed over my request to your crm office (Duly attached with photocopies of payment receipt issued by your office/firm to me) but nothing has been heard from your end till date. Moreover going for alternative property is also not possible for me.
Sir, i am in need remitted money very urgently due to medical emergencies in my family. Therefore it is again requested that amount deposited by me may please be refunded to me along with interest at earliest.

I have booked a flat on block e of parshavnath exotica project in ghaziabad and have paid approx rs.10 lakh. It is now apprx. 10 years and there is no status of the possession. Everytime i asked for the status i was told to wait for next 3-4 months. I urgently want to know the exact status of the project and get my money back. Please let me know the status of the same urgently.

Booking done in year 2010 in parsvnath developers project at dharuhera named elite floors flat no. A241-s and amounts paid as demanded however there is no progress in construction and time period within which construction was to be completed is already over.
Every time we enquire about the status we are told to wait for another six months for construction to start.
Already eight years passed and still there is no deadline offered by developer for handing over possession of flat.
Also no payment towards interest is being made to us for delay in consttuction.

This email is to bring it to your notice that a request for disbursement of refund claim for parsvnath exotica project flat of dinesh goel booked 5 years ago is now pending since last more than two months. Me and wife have followed up with mr. Madan dogra (Deputy general manager - parsvnath) and vishal (Accountant) umpteen times through phone and personal physical visits to your shahdara office with no results and just a promise that you have sent an email to higher authorities. Till today i have not received even a single penny as refund claim, whereas i was promised on 22nd april 2018 that the entire refund amount would be paid to us within the next 4 months and later it was promised that it will be paid in installments but till today no results are there in-spite of repeated reminders for refund claim or a demand draft in installments.

I had earlier requested and informed to vishal accountant and you (Mr. Madan dogra) that i required funds urgently for my daughter's admission to niit university for btech admissions and i am currently jobless. I need rs 4 lakhs urgently as requested 2 months back through a written letter on 23rd april 2018.

Please do the needful and oblige. I am now fed up and loosing my patience to take legal actions if request being neglected even after repeated reminders. My money is blocked for the last 5 years i am neither getting my principal amount nor any interest on the said amount. I badly need my money back.

I along with my wife/ mrs. Dimple jain booked a flat (T-1/604) in m/s. Parsvnath developers project (Parsvnath preston) in sonepat, haryana in september, 2008. Initial payment of rs. 6.43 lac was made to m/s. Parsvnath against the booking.
The flat was booked under emi subvension scheme of the company, but m/s. Parsvnath developers failed to provide necessary documents for bank loan agreement.
Now, even after 10 years, the falt promised to us has not been made & our hard earned money is getting wasted, which was deposited with the company.
We claim that the amount deposited shall be returned to us with the interest & additional penalty be imposed on the company, so that honest tax payers like us do not get cheated by such real estate giants.

Company has not provided me any refund in spite of repeated request for refund of booking amount since june 2013 till date today 6th of june 2018. No response or refund from parsvnath company so far.

My father had purchased a land with parsvnath developers in the year 2005 and had paid 50% of the total amount by jan 2006. Parsvnath developers mentioned they would allot the land shortly however, the land has not been allotted even after 12 years.
During the course, my father was detected with cancer and he passed away in 2014. When reached out to parsvnath developers they mentioned that i should get the papers transferred to my name and then they would allot the land. All the paper formalities were completed, but still the land has not been allotted.
Parsvnath developers have even refused refunding the invested amount along with interest.
We have invested out hard earned money and have never been able to get any benefit out of it because of parsvnath developers cheating on us.
Parsvnath developers is the biggest cheat.

I had purchased 400 sq yrd plot in 2006 in parsvnath sonipat city, for which company had received 50 ℅ payment for plot, since that day there is no communication from companies end and we still waiting for the possession of our plot, neither there is any offer from the company of refunding our money with interest amount.

This has referenced to our complaint regarding the delay in delivering possession. I would like to inform you that i have booked a flat but flat no. B3-403 in “parsvnath exotica ghaziabad”, up in the name of mr. Anuj bansal. It was commited by the company that possession will be handed over on 19.03.2015. And thereafter at the end of 2015.
I am deeply saddened and anguished by your action towards your customers. I have written to you so many times and seeked possession of the flat which you was promised to.in today’s time with so many builders around it is difficult to make trust in the market as once you have made. However your neglance to your customers query will do no good to you.
Thus once again i am requesting you to give possession of my flat which belongs to me. Kindly give me the possession of my unit or refund my all payment with interest @ 24% per as soon as possible.
This is to inform you that i have already filed request for give me possession vide my letter dated 29.11.2016 and 01.08.2017 and through mail also but till now no action is being taken against my request.

I had applied for a flat in parsvanth sonepat (Preston) in 2008 and it was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 years. However, even after 10 years there has been no update and the company does not seem to have any response.

I no longer have any patience to false promises and unprofessional behavior of the company. I need my full refund with the complete interest for the delay

Company had agreed to allot the finished apartment in parsvnath exotica, gt road, ghaziabad, flat -1003, in tower d-5 of parsvnath buildwell pvt ltd.in the year june 2013. Till today they have not yet delivered the finished flat nor they have refunded the said amount for purchase of flat deposited with them.

I am now fed up of repeated attempts to contact them and to get it delivered to me. I now want the refund of the flat amount with due interest. Kindly help me refund in the claimed flat, which was booked by me more than 4 and half years back.

Sir we have buyed residential plot in your scheme in 2004 and u have said we will get plot after 9 months but it is very sad to say that now more than 11 years has passed and we have not got any plot neither any info about it we have paid 5.25 lakhs already acc to agreement as advance and also acc to agreement you have to pay interest on our advance which is also had not paid plz contact us fast otherwise we will appeal to district forum we have all the necessary documents and agreements as a proof

We the resident of parsvnath city, jodhpur, facing a problem of security from last 15 days. There is no security guard in the colony from last 15 days. After made several complaint, nobody has listen the problem and even try to get it solve. While we are regularly paying maintenance charge to society. Without security guard colony is very unsafe for us.

It is of huge concern to me that i have not received any official communication from parsvnath exotica ghaziabad regarding the confirmed date of handling over the possession for the above mentioned unit.
I had signed the buyer agreement with parsvnath exotica ghaziabad on 20.03.2012. It was a commitment by the company that possession will be handed over on 19.03.2015. Thereafter, it was told that by the end of 2015, the possession will be given.
I am deeply saddened and anguished by your action towards your customers. Now the situation is tough that they are not even responding on this matter if this will happen then where we buyer will go? It was my hard earned money. I cannot let it go like that. There is no progress update from last 2 years and still it is same. My concern is when they are gonna giving possession or are they planning to file bankruptcy and wants to leave us the buyer in horizon.
In today’s time with so many builders around it is difficult to make trust in the market as once you have made. However, your neglance to your customers query will do no good to you.

There is 6year delay after due date (As per customer buyer agreement). The full payment has been made by myself in jan'17 against my unit in rajpura castle t8-4th floor. A senior designated person committed the possession with 45days of payment. I'm regioursly following up. Now they didn't pick the phone and recently when i visited the work is in halt stage and no update from project site or corporate office side.. [protected]@gmail.com

Flat was booked by buyers like us in 2006 after getting assurance from parasvnath that our project will delayed within 36 months delay in the possession and payment stuck is a cause of worry. Payment held up for more than 11 years. Regular follow-ups and complaint with eow has not yielded anything so far. With courts coming harder on builders for default we should get togather and fight it out. Media campaign is a must to get our money with compensation
