Hi,

Booked a flat in Parsvnath Privilege Greater Noida in 2013, construction is on hold and Builder not refunding the money on grounds of no funds...Suffering heavily because of the same. Whenever approaching for refunds company staff threatening and misbehaving. All family members under depression.

Pls look into the same for getting my refund.

    Booked the apartment in 2007 at Project Preston in Sector 08, NH1, Sonepat (Haryana). We wanted to live there with family. We have already paid Rs. 5.17 Lakhs. After 10 years also, the unit is not handed over to me. Do not understand the value of hard earned money of people who invested in their project with a trust to get a home. Now, demanding 5.16 Lakhs more but there has been no commitment on delivery. We visited the site also but there only one person is sitting who has no clue on the delivery. Phone calls are not been answered.
    Pls. help us to get our hard earned money back with interest. The whole purpose of living there has been shattered.

      I had booked a flat in Parsvnath Exotica, Ghaziabad almost 7 years ago, there have been regular delays with this project. The project is still in early stages and having paid almost 90% deposit, I am still waiting to get a written response from builders inspite of regular chasing up.
      Parsvnath builders have clearly shown a total unprofessional attitude with no regard whatsoever for the poor costumers. I am very concerned about my hard earned money being held by the builder.

      Parsvnath builders is not going to hand over possession. there projects are at the stage where it will take another 10 years to complete. my advise is to file a complaint a get your heard earned money with interest.

        Mrs. Anand owner of the apartment. Booked the apartment in 2006. After 10 years on 7th floor roof casting has been done. Shameless people. Do not understand the value of hard earned money of people who invested in their project with a trust to get a home.

        But reality is that running from pillar to post to get the refund of our money but with no response. Higher authorities wont even meet us every time waiting at the reception whole day and come back that they will definite arrange for a meeting with the management.

        Please help us out to get the refund of our money or a home.

          Hi,

          When I purchased the flat it was stated that we will get possession in 2 Years. First they signed the agreement after 6 months I paid the booking amount. Then now it has been almost 5 years there is no sign of progress. I would need my money back as paying almost 20, 000 per month as EMI.

          Please help us getting the money back... this will help

              More than 150 family are residing in parsvnasth city jodhpur out of which atleast 10-12 families are residing in villas. I am extremely sorry to say that there is no proper electricity supply in villas and no water connection has been given to these villa. However, we are residing in our house at temp 48 degree celsius with no electricity. It's really hard for us to survive at such high temperature

                Hi team,

                I would like to complain about the shop purchased by my mother indu kishore in parsavnath manhattan mall, sector -20 b, faridabad. The shop was purchased from the purpose of opening some small business, however the mall has been completely vacant for few years. We have spent the more than 12 lac rupees in purchasing and mantainence of the shop. However, even after 6-7 years, we have got no return from the shop. Even though there has been multiple complaints to revive the mall, no steps has been taken by parsavnath. They have basically sold the shops to individual peopla and took no responsibility of making the mall funcitioning properly or attract and brand to invest in the mall. They have also given the mantainence work to other company which keep harrasing the owners maintenence fees while there is mantainence done in the mall at all.

                My mother, indu kishore (Owner of the shop number: c-203) passed away 2 years back. There is no one in the family who would like to take over the shop and run any business from there. We would like to surrender the shop back to parsavnath and get the appropriate value for the money invested in the shop. I hope to hear positive response from your end

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I have booked a plot no f26 of in f sector in parsvnath city, indore on 28th february 2008.
                  Builder buyer agreement for this plot was executed on 2nd august, 2008. As per a clause of builder buyer agreement, plot has to be delivered within 24 months (I. E 2010) from the date of signing of the agreement. The given time frame has already been elapsed and plot has not been delivered till date. And till date there is no update from builder to justify delay in possession.

                  As per the applicable parsvnath’s time linked payment plan i have already paid 95% of the total payment till date to the parsvnath.

                  I have visited the plot site (F sector) and didn’t find any progress.
                  Considering above facts, i have decided to cancel the plot. Therefore, i have requested to parsvnath to cancel my booking/allotment of plot from parsvnath city, indore and to refund the entire amount along with the interest rate. Unfotunately, i havent received any reponse from them even after sending them various reminders over email, fax, sms.

                  I need you urgent help and advise in this matter..

                    Dear sir,
                    Iam an allotte of a plot in bblock, parsvnath city, sonepat. The booking in the said plot was made in feb 2005 and since then 85% of the payment as sought by the company from time to time has been duly paid. The said plot was allotted to me in mid 2006 however despite a passage of good 11 years from payment, iam yet to see any development work happening at the site. Ever since the booking of this plot i have made numerous personal visits tothe companies shahdara office on the progress of the project however all i have been given is empty promises . On my last personal visit at their office in january 2013, i was assured that the possession shall be granted by december 2013. However december 2013 had come and gone then on further enquiry i was told that the possession shall be granted by december 2015 which also has come and gone. And now we are nearing june 2016 but there is no activity from the side of the company on possession of the plots. On my various telephonic enquiries all iam being told is that it will be done soon or their is no response
                    I visited the site on 26/04/2016 and to my utter dismay found that no work whatsoever has been done on the site and no work is going on at present. Its physical status is as it was in 2007. And this is the state when i have paid almost all the money for the plot.

                      With reference to their letter no. PDL/P. Royal Floors Lucknow/300

                      Thair concern that I have not responded to any of thair communication is not true. Contrary to same I have written at least 6-7 letters to thair various officers but received no reply what so ever . After receipt of your thair for offer of possession dt 03.04.2015 I have replied vide my letters dt 13.04.15, 13.07.15, 24.07.15, 20.08.15 26.08.2015 & 24.01.2016 (copy enclosed) through e-mail/ courier. You may check up atthair end. However they are not acknowledging my letters and not resolving my quiries so far.

                      And also I have made two payments 1. through ICICI Bank cheque of Rs 189000.00 no. 092115 dt 01.06.2015 on 02.06.2015 as last installment against payment plan & 2. ICICI Bank cheque of Rs 277200.00 no 092115 dt 01.06.2015 on 13.06.2015 towards cost of increased floor area.

                      I have visited the site 3-4 times & found that lot of work is still left out . After 26.08.2015 the date of my last letter I have visited the site on 20.09.2015, Dec 2015 & on 17th, April 2016 and found that no work has been done on the flat even after 8 months of paying full money against construction cost . ( photographs of the flat taken on 17.04.2016 is attached).Flat is still not complete & ready for possession.

                      It may be informed that I have already paid all the Basic cost mentioned in your section A of Final Statement of Account including Last Installment, Preferential Location Charges & Increased Area Charges.

                      Only payment concerning Electricity connection, Interest for delayed payment (under dispute), Service Tax & External Development Charges is left out. They should not attract any interest on these charges. I will pay these charges whenever required.

                      Further I want to draw their attention to the fact that the project is already delayed by about 5-6 years and D block of the project is still incomplete & lot of work still to be done on that area. It is requested that
                      there should be no interest on the delayed period as the project has been delayed by the company.

                      It is once again requested to please clarify following points which I have already mentioned in my letters dt 20.08.2015 but they have not replied so far.

                      (i)Waiver of interest on the delayed period of payment in some cases as the project has been delayed by the company

                      (ii) When they and I are following all terms and conditions of the draft agreement made by you and I am paying all the installments whenever advised/demanded by you as per agreement . It is as good as signing of Agreement. Therefore It is requested to please provide compensation to me as per Law of Land as applicable in similar cases.

                      In view of the above we request them to please provide expected date of completion of the Flat so that the formalities for taking the possession of the Flat including concerning payments. How will you give possession of the flat without completing it.

                          I booked a plot in parsvnath city- indore project by paying initial payment of 115000/- on 03 may 2007. The buyer agreement was signed on 16 feb 2008 and paid additional amount of rs.229817 by that time. Hence total amount 344817/- were paid on signing of buyer agreement date which is equal to 45% of plot cost. In next every two month i paid three installment of rs.76626/- i.E. Rs.229878/-. Hence they collected 75% plot amount within 6 months of buyer agreement signed.At the time of installment 7, i asked for the project status, there was no response...Meanwhile developer raised installment 8 along with interest @24% for delayed payment despite of no project status update. However, i paid both the installments on 20 may 2009 and paid 95% plot payment. As per agreement i was supposed to get plot possession by 15 feb 2010. However, i got a shock of the life when i got to know vide their letter dated 22.3.2010 that the project could not start as they got the final approval for land development on 23.2.2010 from competent authority. I seek reply from parsvnath developers on the following points :
                          1.If co. Had no permission for land development why they demanded money from me.
                          2.How company can collect 95% amount before getting land development approvals and where the amount was used?
                          3.Why company did not updated me about delayed project status until they received payment 95% from me.
                          4.Why company did not take any initiative to refund money to me as they were not able to deliver the project?
                          5.Why company sent me demand letter with interest 24% for delayed payment even though they did not have permission for land development and harassed me?
                          6. Why company is not able to update about the project status about land development, plot possession date, expected project completion status, no dues status from competent authorities till today?
                          7. What was the purpose of cash collected from me and where is was used if till date the developer is not able to develop the project i.E. After the lapse of almost 9 years from my initial booking amount?
                          I requested developer to refund my hard earned money along with 24% interest as it seems like a time barred case now as the developer has no interest to deliver the project and requested them to do so by emails ( 10 reminders sent)and registered a.D. Letters but there is no response from them on refund.Please understand a buyer can never wait for so long (107 months) for a plot which was to be developed within 24 months.

                            Its more than 8 years when i booked a plot in Parsvnath Indore project in block J. 90% money has been paid and there is no sign of giving possession of plot.
                            I have noticed this is same situation with their other projects as well.

                            I am surprised to see after so many complaints against company in various project how can they be allowed to come up new projects and government doesn't take any action against them. Its a straight forward case of cheating with general public who are waiting to have their own piece of land in last 8 to 10 years and there is no sign that they are going to deliver any time soon.

                            You also won't get any response from the company and forget about any refund of money in case one wants to cancel the purchase agreement.

                              Similar to the other complaints on this portal, I too am a frustrated investor. Bought two plots 7-8 years ago and till date, no registration has been done. When we can try contacting the builder, they tend to avoid us. We either want our money back with interest and penalties OR get the registration done ASAP.

                                I have flat in Parsvnath Preston, Sonepat T 11-802 under return of EMI scheme, its sad that from two years Parsvnath Group is delaying refund of EMI and from last 6 months they have paid me only 1 EMI i have to fund the EMI of 31323 myself from my own resourse, Till today due from builder is 156615 which will be increased to 187847, in this situation where even building work has not started from last 8 years i feel cheated by builder.

                                I have send more than 100 mails and no one is responding
                                If some one listening please help me.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                  I have booked a plot in the J block of Parsvnath city, Indore. The Plot Buyer agreement was drawn on 31st Dec 08. I have already paid the full amount for the plot. The plot is of 2500 sqft.
                                  As per the clause of builder buyer agreement, the plot has to be delivered within 24 months from the date of the Plot Buyer agreement. 7 years have elapsed and in spite of repeatedly trying to contact Parsvnath by emails and phone, I am not getting any response.
                                  All I want is them to let me know when I will be getting the possession. What worries me is that even after me paying them the full amount, they do not answer any emails.

                                    Parsvnath builders has sold me and my brother two units in their exotica development in Gaziabad few years ago with the promise to deliver in Q1-2016 but after year into the submitting the payments when we inquired about why the work has not even started for that floor we were told that they don't have permits to make that floor. It was an surprising (rather shocking) realization, after paying more than 50% of amount, that they sold us something which they didn't even have permission to build. It's been few years now and project completion dates and grace periods are about to end but company still doesn't have the permits or timeline by which they would have it.
                                    Worst is instead of keeping the customers informed about the status of the project, they have not even responded to over a dozen of emails sent to them. At one time they even blocked my email id to not receive the communication. Really !! Is that how a company should treat their customers?
                                    Not sure how much consumer right advocates can help in such situations but I am documenting it here so as to share the experience with people to make them aware of such potential experience (rather frauds) and hoping people would unit to stop this kind of, unethical and illegal, behavior from large companies.

                                    We recently (15 days back or so) had planned for a meeting with Parsvnath officials by few members who had approached me for the same. We fixed up a date & time to reach the Parsvnath office in Shahdara but except me no body else reached and no communication sent by other for not reaching there.

                                    However, since I had reached there I decided to go ahead with the meeting with Parsvnath. As per my meeting with the Project In-charge (Parsvnath Exotica - Ghazaabad), I have been informed that they have sold 3 additional floors for the towers C1, B4, B5, C2 & A1 i.e. they have official permission for 9 floors only but they sold 12 floors in each of the towers. But after building the structure up to 9 floors in these towers, they stopped due to the lack of the permission for 3 additional floors which they have not received till date and are still not very sure whether they will receive it or not in the near future.

                                    For blocks D1-D5, as per the project incharge, there are no issues in terms of the permissions and they have carried out the work till date as per the sanctions. But the work has stopped in these blocks as well due to stoppage of work for the first 5 towers as mentioned above. The contractor was common for the D1-D5 towers as well who stopped work due to the issues with first 5 towers.

                                    However, the Project Incharge has shown a glimpse of hope by citing a recent meeting (January 16, 2016) which was held by them internally and decided (verbal & internal to them as no public release of the same) that they are likely to resume work for the first 10 towers as mentioned above by end of March 2016. I have been asked to take a status update by March 20th 2016 or so from him on their progress to start the work for these towers. Though I am hopeful but going by their past record it does not seem digestible. I feel since we have waited for so long we can wait for another month or so to know their true intent to start the work.

                                    For the towers in E Block, according to him, there are serious issues and Parsvnath is not sure sure if the work will start in the next 2-3 years also till they rework the building plan with Ghaziabad authorities.

                                    My sincere request to all the members of towers C1, C2, B4, B5 & A1 and D1-D5 to reach out individually or collectively to Parsvnath officials in their Shahadara office in the next few days as per your own convenience and mount pressure on them to resume teh work for these towers in line with the information shared by the Project - Incharge to me otherwise we will continue being stranded, the way we are today.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I have booked a plot no C 166 of size 1548 sq.ft in Parsvnath City, Indore on March 2008.

                                      As per a clause of builder buyer agreement, plot has to be delivered within 24 months ( i.e. 2010) from the date of signing of the agreement. The given time frame has already been elapsed and plot has not been delivered till date and till date there is no update from builder to justify delay in possession.

                                      I didn’t find any progress. These kind of builder enjoying public money and investing to the other project without paying anything. It’s been 8 years they don’t have any fear from anyone and never bothered once they sold to customers.
                                      Builder has made many promises while selling the projects but after that they forgot everything.

                                      Currently I am working in Africa (Nigeria) since 2011.
                                      I need you urgent help and advise in this matter..

                                        I booked parsvnath planet T6. 901 Gortin agar lucknow almost 10 years b and I made complete payment at that time
                                        I am paying loan emissions since then and possession is not given
                                        They have not given possession and the work is completely stopped
                                        They have not given Come satin and just promised verbally to compensate at a very low rate.
                                        Compensation will never be given that I know as I have met so many of them
