I have paid full amount to builder in Little earth scheme on 22-Sept.
However till date the builder has not completed the possession process.
There is lack of co-ordination between the sales team and the possession team at the scheme.
I am deeply disappointed with the mediocre service from a brand like Kolte patil.

1. After last mail dated 15 feb 23, roof of flat 1307 was cleaned up so that stains of dampness appear less as compared to previous visits.
2. While filling up water in flooring on flat 1407 for leakage test, water was filled up in morning and removed later . Even water was filled up before my visit and later removed which I identified through wet sink and wet foot prints of labour .

I have purchased flat in 2019 Unit B 207 and have contacted KLPD for construction related issues, I have been trying to resolve this since last three months and there is just no proper response from your end

I had to travel from Mumbai to pune to resolve the same

It is extremely disappointing to know such a reputed and trust worthy builder offering such service and so much follow up

I was also intrested in Goregaon project of yours but looking at service I am keeping my thoughts on hold

I have booked a Flat the Kolte-Patil Developers at Katraj Kilekar Nagar Three Jewells I Bldg Flat No 1101.
I have been chasing the team to allow me to visit the site so that i can check the quality of work and also there are some of my family members who need to look the Flat.
They give us reason that there was some incident happened at the site and hence visits are not allowed, However if you are inquiring about new flat than they allow the customer to visit the site.

1. Which means Kolte-Patil do not bother to customers once the booking is done. They are only sales oriented.
2. The quality of work is getting comprised and hence they do not want customers to come and watch the site.
3. I feel the first reason my be more appropriate as They had committed a Gold Voucher to me at the time of booking of Rs. 1.25 Lacs and were supposed to deliver within 90 days of the agreement my agreement was done on 30Sep-22 and yet i have not yet received. they have committed for 10-Feb hope i get it by today EOD.

Please look into my compalint and guide me if the issue not resolved i need to cancel the flat booking and file a compliant againt them for getting my refund back for the agreement cost.

As per rera date was 31/12/2022, but now its delay, KP people say that OC will receive upto 25tha jan and after that start possession.
If we delay payment for 2-3 days so thay ask for 3% penalty.
Now they delay the possession but they denied to talk about compensation.
Also not give any sure date of possession.

As per rera oro avenue R9 date was 31/12/2022 but they fail to give possession on time, now KP people’s says that end of jan will get OC and after that possession.
No one like to talk about compensation.
If we delay payment by 2-3 days they ask for 3% penalty. Now they have issue for delay possession but they dont speak any single word.

I made double payment for move in charges of 1180 + 1180 twice by mistake. I sent several emails to facility and security and many other people in life republic pune kolte patil office employees

No response from anybody

I would like to know that is Kolte patil is paying salary for employees to do their job Or not?

We have raised this complain 3 months and still it's in open state. Builder handyman came and did some fix but still seepage exist. My tenant has left the apartment and no one is willing to come before we fix the seepage issue.

We have seepage issue and Washim and Anguraj are just delaying our request and even after they told its fixed we are still getting seepage. My tenants have left because of this issue and am under huge loss in rental income.

Please take this seriously and try to coordinate and resolve the issue. We are trying followup and fix since last 1 year.

Customer care team is not responding to eMails. Unnecessarily holding customers money

They took every single penny from me but not providing me with the Sale deed. I am chasing them since 4 months now but they are not listening to me. I have given them the maintenance amount as well still they are not giving me the sale deed. I think there is some problem with their plot.

Actually I Book flat in 2018 but still not received flat possession so please try to help me to sort it out. I call to management but no one take seriously and not confirmed the date. I understand due to Covid total plan is disturbed but it dealy almost more than 2 year but still no one confirm the possession date. I need to pay rent emi as well as Bank also so all this are waste becouse you commit something but not delivered in perfect manner so please take action against this.

I am a retired army officer and we reside in Life Republic R7 B 2001 flat in Pune. There is leakage of water on the rooftop and its origin starting from flat No R7 B 2201.

We request the builder owner to send a licensed water seepage repair professionals who can detect the real source of problem and fix the issue.

We request you to take this issue on priority as people out here are suffering a lot due to this pipeline leakage.

I had booked a flat in Life Republic sector R16 in Dec 2017 and due to unfortunate pandemic the possession date was shifted from promised date- Dec 2020 to Dec 2021 but still they were verbally giving tentative timelines for April, May, June 2021 etc. to which you have to agree as it is one o[censored]nforeseen situations and was well accepted.
3rd July 2021 I received a mail of intimation of completion which says that they will now start the possessions and will reach out for final payments and site visit and they will send out invites soon. In the month of August, I saw several possessions happening and patiently waited for my turn but nothing came up. In the month of September, I mailed them twice asking for the tentative possession timelines for my flat and appointment for site visit as I knew if I will reach out directly they will make 100's of excuses like- staff is busy, you should have taken prior appointment, security clearance and a new one- not allowed because of COVID but no luck they ignored those mails.
As I didn't hear back from them till October so I decided to visit their office on 3rd Oct, Sunday just to avoid 2nd October excuse. I was welcomed with the words like- "you should have taken appointment before coming" to which I replied that I have mailed twice but there is no response to which I get an answer- "Don't you know appointments are taken on call" which ignited the conversation. Coming to the main point why there is delay for my flat while others are getting possession. Answer- you can go and check your flat first to which I questioned if we will get the keys or the flat is open to which you hear back- "we don't work on weekends, you should come on weekdays" to which I said it is difficult to come on weekdays and you hear back- "you have made lakhs on investment and you can't take out time to come one weekdays". Final question from my side- whom to reach out to if I want to see the flat today to check what work is pending. Answer- "we don't work on weekends, you should come on weekdays and you should have called before coming". This irritated me a lot and I asked that sales office very well works on weekends then why can't you show me the flat today should I go there and the answer is "Go wherever you want to. You can't do anything at least legally you can't do anything until Dec 2021" to which I replied- "that I will give such a review and feedback that it will **** you up".
After this I called this person's manager about this incident and to know the status he too schooled me on appointments without hearing anything. He politely said that he will check the status for my flat and call back which calmed me. He calls back within an hour giving me additional gyaan stating you shouldn't have abused my staff to which I agreed that I shouldn't have said it and I also mentioned that I was poked enough to say that but he didn’t listen and kept on repeating the same. He said he will get back to me after 2 days on the tentative timelines for possession and an appointment for site visit so I am waiting to hear back.
So the bottom line is they can say whatever they want, they can threaten you not to handover possessions until the final date and sales office works on weekends and not the admin/possession team so if you have made lakhs on investment please find some time on weekdays that too after prior appointments and the same rule doesn't apply when you go for buying the flat. Moreover, I booked the flat and I was not in country for around 8 months after booking it and all the initial payments and demand letters went smooth over mail communication but things change once you have paid the amount.

I am allottee of project raaga at kannur Bangalore. I request that I am allottee of flat L304 and registry has completed on 07.07.2021 but we not get possession. Four reminder all ready send CRM team and Mr Rajesh . Two times schedule of possession is not complete. There is melafight intension is showing by Mr. Lokest site staff of raaga kolte patil.
Please resolve the complain and provide me possession.

So have requested for Cancelling booked unit where i have already paid 4, 11, 785/- which is really very high amount for a middle class family .

Please help me to get refund of my full amount ASAP as really in shortage of money due to patient (Parents )at home .
