I have invested in D-5 in 2010 and almost paid 85% of the money but there has been virtually no progress in construction for the last 1.5 years at least and every time you call up Mr. Dogra (DGM - Commercial & project In-charge at their HQ) he says the work will start in 2-3 months time but it never does.

It is really going beyond the limits now. I think we need to take a collective action before it is too late for all o[censored]s.

We recently (15 days back or so) had planned for a meeting with Parsvnath officials by few members who had approached me for the same. We fixed up a date & time to reach the Parsvnath office in Shahdara but except me no body else reached and no communication sent by other for not reaching there.

However, since I had reached there I decided to go ahead with the meeting with Parsvnath. As per my meeting with the Project In-charge (Parsvnath Exotica - Ghazaabad), I have been informed that they have sold 3 additional floors for the towers C1, B4, B5, C2 & A1 i.e. they have official permission for 9 floors only but they sold 12 floors in each of the towers. But after building the structure up to 9 floors in these towers, they stopped due to the lack of the permission for 3 additional floors which they have not received till date and are still not very sure whether they will receive it or not in the near future.

For blocks D1-D5, as per the project incharge, there are no issues in terms of the permissions and they have carried out the work till date as per the sanctions. But the work has stopped in these blocks as well due to stoppage of work for the first 5 towers as mentioned above. The contractor was common for the D1-D5 towers as well who stopped work due to the issues with first 5 towers.

However, the Project Incharge has shown a glimpse of hope by citing a recent meeting (January 16, 2016) which was held by them internally and decided (verbal & internal to them as no public release of the same) that they are likely to resume work for the first 10 towers as mentioned above by end of March 2016. I have been asked to take a status update by March 20th 2016 or so from him on their progress to start the work for these towers. Though I am hopeful but going by their past record it does not seem digestible. I feel since we have waited for so long we can wait for another month or so to know their true intent to start the work.

For the towers in E Block, according to him, there are serious issues and Parsvnath is not sure sure if the work will start in the next 2-3 years also till they rework the building plan with Ghaziabad authorities.

My sincere request to all the members of towers C1, C2, B4, B5 & A1 and D1-D5 to reach out individually or collectively to Parsvnath officials in their Shahadara office in the next few days as per your own convenience and mount pressure on them to resume teh work for these towers in line with the information shared by the Project - Incharge to me otherwise we will continue being stranded, the way we are today.

Requesting all investors in Parsvnath Exotica Ghaziabad to come together fast. Let us build an association and make a strong representation to Parsvnath & CREDAI and other relevant authorities to save our investments.

It seems Parsvnath group does not have any intentions to take the project to the next level and we cannot trust them any further.

I have been writing to Parsvnath for the update on the resumption of work at Parsvnath Exotica Ghaziabad for he past one month regularly but they are not responding to any of my mails.

Also since the time I have started writing mails to them, Mr. Madan Dogra - Project Incharge has stopped taking my phone calls. Earlier he used to pick up the calls & at least respond.

They are demonstrating their true class of being a mafia which they are projecting themselves to be.

if any body has any latest information on the state of affairs, please do share.

Parsvnath builders is not going to hand over possession. there projects are at the stage where it will take another 10 years to complete. my advise is to file a complaint a get your heard earned money back with interest.

    We booked on flat with Parsvnath Privilege, Greater Noida in June 2013 in tower 11 paid around Rs. 18.00 Lac. Even after 30 months construction in tower no 11 is not started. This project started in 2007, but till date not a single flat is handed over to the buyer. will Parsvanth or authority look into the matter and get us desired flat.

      We booked on flat in June 2013. But even after 30 months work has not started in Tower No 11. This project started in 2007 but till date not a single flat handed over to the buyers. need help from the competent authority. Brij Bhushan

        I had booked a flat in Parshvnath City-Lucknow -Phase-2, for wihhc I had deposited Advance Rs 2, 45, 000 in year 2012. After that there is no project developing progress and on 13th April 2015 Company sent me a letter alongwith a Cheque Rs 323184.00 Syndicate Bank Cheque No 854069 dt 12.03.2015. this amount they refunded with interest saying the project is being delayed. So I deposited the cheque in my SBI Balrampur Account which goes for clearing and rejected due to in-sufficient fund on 18.04.2015. After that I send them a Email ([protected]@parsvnath.com) to update about the status but not got any reply then I tried to contact their (Parsvnath) Delhi Office (Phone no[protected], 551, 43050100,[protected] and after 3-4 hours continueous efforts on 23.04.2015 for trying to contact the rights person, I have been told to talk Mr Ajay Kashyap (Mob no [protected]). After long wait I had ben able to talk mr Ajay Kashyap whom I told the status about cheque bounch. He asked me to send me cheque details on his Email ID ajay.[protected]@parsvnath.com. I then Emailed him scanned copy of the Cheque and he confirmed the receiveing of mail. But after that his Mobile is either switched off or ringing but not attending for last 2 days. kindly help me how to resolve the issue and I get my cheque houner. regards Dinesh Singh Chauhan [protected]

            1. I have booked a 5 bedroom flat in Parsvnath Exotica Ghaziabad. The construction at the site has come to a complete halt. Probably because Parsvnath builders have not got the fresh building plan approval from Ghaziabad Development authority and similar statutory approvals from Municipal Corporation. Moreover, they are having dispute with the owner of the land on which the project is being constructed. On top of it the builder is having cheeks to ask for payment of instalments from us under construction linked plan. 2. There may be many such owners of the flat in this project who are facing similar grievances against Parsvnath Builders. Hence, it is requested that strict disciplinary action be taken against Parsvnath Builders. Has any facebook group/ forum or association been formed. please intimate DN Karan [protected]@yahoo.co.in

              Delay in plot possession more than stipulated time in parsvnath city indore

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I have booked a plot no M63 of size 1540 ft2 in M sector in Parsvnath City, Indore on 28th February 2008.
              Builder buyer agreement for this plot was executed on 2nd August, 2008. As per a clause of builder buyer agreement, plot has to be delivered within 24 months ( i.e 2010) from the date of signing of the agreement. The given time frame has already been elapsed and plot has not been delivered till date.And...

              Non Payment of Registration Amount

              I had book a shop in PARSVNATH CITY CENTRE BHIWADI in 2006, after 2 year in 2008 company cancilled my shop. But till date company not returned my registration amount 3 lac 59 thousand. Kindly refund my amount with interest....

              refund of money with interest

              That as per the agreement, the company were required to execute and construct the mall/shops as per the contractual drawing and specifications represented at the time of booking, but to surprisingly us company have erected the column at the entrance of the shop and the ATM’s in front of the shop to exploit the space for your own commercial advantage, despite knowledge that the space was already promised to my client in terms of agreement....

              NON HANDING OVER OF POSSESSION OF FLAT

              Deposited a sum of Rs.10,00000/- ( Rupees ten lakhs for booking a Flat in PARSVNATH PRIVILEGE PROJECT in Greatwer Noida during May, 2006. In May, 2007, made balance of full paymentof amounting to more than Forty lakhs rupees. But construction work is stopped since January,2008. Developer does not reply to any of the letters written to him....
