This has referenced to our complaint regarding the Delay in possession. I would like to inform that I have booked a flat, Flat No. B3-403 in “Parsvnath Exotica Ghaziabad”, UP in the name of Mr. Anuj Bansal. It was commited by the company that possession will be handed over on 19.03.2015.and thereafter at the end of 2015.
I am deeply saddened and anguished by your action towards your customers. I have written to you so many times and seeked possession of the flat which you was promised to. In Today’s time with so many builders around it is difficult to make trust in the market as once you have made. However your Neglance to your customers query will do no good to you.
Thus Once Again I am requesting you to give possession of my flat which belongs to me. Kindly give me the possession of my unit or refund my all payment with interest @ 24% per As soon as possible.
