Booking done in year 2010 in parsvnath developers project at dharuhera named elite floors flat no. A241-s and amounts paid as demanded however there is no progress in construction and time period within which construction was to be completed is already over. Every time we enquire about the status we are told to wait for another six months for construction to start. Already eight years passed and still there is no deadline offered by developer for handing over possession of flat. Also no payment towards interest is being made to us for delay in consttuction.
