Parsvnath Developers — Non delivery of residential flat Parshvnath Pleasant

I had booked a flat with Parshvnath at Parshvnath Pleasant Tower, Dharuhera for Flat T2- 902 and entered into an agreement with the company on 15th, July 2008
Later a Letter in 2017 said the tower in now shifted to T11 - 902
however its been 14 years waiting with no update from any representative
