Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my serious concern and dissatisfaction with the root canal treatment I received at your clinic located in AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, on 24/04/2025. Despite your clinic’s reputed name in the field of dentistry, my experience has left me in excruciating pain and emotional distress.
Since the procedure, I have been suffering from immense pain and persistent discomfort as I am unable to open my mouth and have not seen any improvement despite consumption of oral drugs prescribed by your doctors. I have been in constant touch with the consultant branch doctor and have made multiple follow-up visits in an attempt to address the issue. Unfortunately, despite my repeated efforts, there has been no relief or satisfactory resolution provided.
I chose your clinic with the assurance of receiving top-quality care, but what I am enduring now is far from acceptable. I am deeply concerned that either the treatment was not performed properly (in fact I am quite certain that the tooth adjacent to the one on which RCT was performed was tampered with leading to its damage) or there has been gross negligence in addressing my post-treatment concerns.
Therefore, I urge your head office to intervene immediately. I am formally requesting:
A detailed explanation of the procedure that was performed.
A full re-evaluation of my dental condition by a senior specialist.
Immediate corrective action and a clear resolution plan.
If this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction within 7 days of receiving this email, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter through legal channels and seek compensation for the pain, suffering, and mental agony I have been enduring since one month.
I hope this situation can be resolved amicably and without further delay. Please treat this matter with the urgency it demands and respond at your earliest convenience.
