Hi I’m travel right now at parveen bus NO TN87D9201 *PNR*: ABBN4UG3502937
*Ticket No*: 22V45Y4
*Paytm Booking ID*: [protected]

Water is dripping inside on passengers. Seats are already wet . No proper answer from operators . This is to NON AC bus it’s so uncomfortable sitting inside. My entire 6 hrs journey in this bus never leave me in peace. Need compensation!!!
Operators are sooo irresponsible which makes customers feel so bad about their travel. Hoping parveen management will take some action on this.

    Parveen travels was scheduled to depart fromm Perumguthur at 11PM. The time is now 12.26 am still waiting, no place to sit, very inconvenience for the elderly people. We still didn't receive ETA. Poor communication and poor service

        I chose to travel this 4.45pm Smart bus from Parveen travels as i accompanied my two kids (toddler and pre-schooler) with my wife. i particularly chose this bus as it had bathroom facility and snacks were available with water bottle however we were given different bus as booked bus got breakdown, more than an hour delay in getting alternate bus, booking office agent kept asking to wait 5 minutes from 4.45 pm on that day and it prolonged more than an hour and the given alternate bus condition was too poor and Pull back was not available on top of it, driver was rude to the passengers, we were given seats only in the last, we booked middle seats with parveen travels but got last seats which was not comfortable at all, we accompanied kids as well. We felt too bad and experience with Parveen travels was worst.

        When i called Parveen travels booking office CMBT(Koyambedu) and asked for compensation as given alternate bus did not have required amenities, they asked us to adjust it, when I kept asking for compensation they asked me to call Parveen travels customer care, when i called customer care and explained about the hassles which i gone through they asked me to drop an email. I dropped my concern in detail below to Parveen Travels however they were least bother to provide any solution on this.

        I really need maximum compensation for not giving appropriate bus with promised amenties, On top I got fed up of so much delay in reaching destination there was 2.30 hours delay). They were poor in handling customers.

        Hi Team,

        Really having hard time as booked bus got breakdown and no passengers were notified, we had to go and ask them and frontline agent from (parveen travels koyambedu) who was continously saying wait for 5 mins and finally he said bus got breakdown. Which is totally unacceptable. No passengers were happy about it, at last another bus was arranged from *Sea bird* travels, driver from sea bird was rude to parveen travel passengers due to seat adjustment, no agent or rep from parveen travels made their customers seated in appropriate seats. Bus was stopped in Maduravoyil for 1 hour for seat adjustment. People in the bus got frustrated and I felt stressed, though I was not asking for adjustment, really felt inability and poor management from parveen travels (koyambedu office). Really please help frontline agent in parveen travels agent to give proper communication, without that how can passengers trust and choose to travel . If there were new passengers in bus right now and they would never come again.

          I and my mother(who was unwell) opted for Parveen travels from Chennai to Trichy. We were 10mins late to the pick-up point, we spoke to driver and asked him to wait but driver denied.
          We requested them to shift to next time slot, bus operator confirmed that seats were available in the next slot but didn’t shift us.Requested them for reschedule from Trichy to Chennai, Parveen denied that as well.This is kind of cheating or looting people money, don’t travel with Parveen travels.They didn’t do anything for us on humanity basis or zero customer satisfaction index. Poor Parveen travels.

            I and my mother (who was unwell) opted for Parveen travels from Chennai to trichy, I was 10mins late to pick-up point and requested the driver to wait for us.Driver denied, asked them to shift us to another time slot 8/9pm on the same day, seats were also available as per bus operator confirmation but still they denied us that option.Requested them for a reschedule from Trichy to Chennai but they(Parveen) denied that as well. Zero customer service, worst people who are cheating or looting peoples money in the name of no show.Don’t choose Parveen travels.

                  Travelled from Chennai to ernakulam in a Volvo KL07CQ6199 in which rainwater was leaking which was very uncomfortable to travel even after paying so much of money, the travel is a discomfort

                          We have made a shipment[protected]from Chennai(pudupet) to ngl on 27/10 but still we didn't receive our material. Our transport cost is 6, 800. What's our material status. No proper response from ngl office and Chennai office. Truly disappointed on this service. Teach your staffs how to deal with customer. Actually we are paying for you. But your staffs communication is like you are doing a free service. If I didn't get reply for this mail I will go through for next step. Thank you.

                            As myself R.Satheeshkumar with my daughter at present travelling in your bus from Madurai to Chennai started the journey in Madurai by 2.39 pm on 27/10/2022.
                            As my daughter 18 years old had a stomach ache and period issue so she wanted to stop any on coming facility to have a wash room facikity. As the driver while I was conveying this issue he doesn't care about it and keep on insisting to stop only at Viralimalai which would arrive 45 min after the location I conveyed him having said that near the petrol bank the your vehicle in my earlier journey had a stop and facilitated us many a time accordingly I insisted to stop for 10 min so that she could attend the problem peacefully. Each and every family is having womenfolk they also face same issue

                            Such a arrogant way of replying that let I stop in road side ask her to go for it is not good enough.

                                Dear sir/madam, I booked ticket in your travels on 21/10/2022 from Nellore to madurai.First I booked on one place again I changed my boarding Point to another place by calling driver and informed driver.Driver informed me bus will come between 8.45PM to 9.00PM.I reached venue at 8.45PM.Driver called me at 8.50PM.I didn't notice the call because phone is on my bag.Again I called the Driver at 8.52PM(I attached the screenshot of the conversation).He told me that he already went away(FYI before also I booked same bus but your bus came at 9.30PM and I waited 45minutes in so many instances).He spoke in a rude manner.He didn't give any responsible answer.He told me to talk with the customer care and disconnected the phone.I totally shocked and I didn't expect this kind of answer from driver.Because of that I suffered a lot.I am not able to go to my home for Diwali.So kindly take necessary step against this driver and Don't recruit these kind of drivers in future.This kind of things should not happen to anyone in future.I hope you will respond in a positive manner and Refund my ticket fare immediately.I attached my ticket details below.                                 Dear sir,

                                Please find the below comments from the concern team.

                                On that day customer called the driver changed boarding point.

                                On 8.45 (before boardind point ) driver called up customer and asked to stay in boarding point customer said he is in boarding point only.

                                But when vehicle reached at point customer was not there.Again driver call up customer line on waiting after 5 mins again driver called customer not attended.The bus started as there was no responce.

                                After 5km vehicle came again customer called up driver .

                                Driver asked the customer to come he will wait there. but customer refused to come that what happned in this case.

                                What they are replied is totally wrong.What they mentioned is not at all true.In reply they mentioned driver waited about 5minutes.But What happened is he called me at 8.50Pm and again I called him back at 8.52Pm(I already attached the call log screenshot With driver.Again I will attach here. You can see).In between these time where is 5minutes?.They mentioned after 5Km vehicle came I called the Driver.I called in between 1minute.how vehicle went 5km in 1minute.whether it is bus or Rocket?.In reply they mentioned driver asked me to come and he will wait for some time and I refused to come.This is not at all true.Nothing had happened like that.If driver waits some time after went 5Km why can't he wait in the boarding Point for another 5minutues.They are escaping by putting blame on me.This is unethical behaviour from bus operator.I want my ticket fare to be refunded.I want resolution for my complaint and action against this driver.Kindly enquire this case in true way.I hope this case will be resolved as soon as possible

                                  I booked two tickets from chennai to madurai. PNR number is ABBM89D58W9725. Name R. Dhinakaran
                                  Date 9/8/2022 time 11.10 pm. the bus was cancelled by the company and they informed me that the money willbe refunded to my account as i booked on line. though i contacted them and sent my pnr number also to this number [protected] who informed about the cancellation of the bus on 2/9/2022. though two months have passed money not refunded.

                                    A very worst travel i ever experienced, the travel was so uncomfortable, air cooler was not even working properly we couldn't get a proper sleep for 7 hours straight, we were seated near the engine, there was no proper ventilation for engine so the hot air entered inside the ### bus, the driving was aslo bad, we experienced often sudden brakes

                                      The boarding point is from MARTHANDAM and called to Parveen Travels Office to this number +[protected] reg Delay And tell that the boarding point is already delayed so whether the bus departure by correct or late And Guy is harshly speaking that only 20 min delay that you are talking like 2 hours delay and comparing with Flight and Train. and Arguing . The adjacent is empty and nobody has booked. In the midnight, around 12:10, suddenly the driver came and told me to change my seat as the seat 7 is booked for a male passenger. If I'm not changing the seats, I have no other option but to allow the male passenger to sit next to me. The driver was so rude. When enquired in Parveen Travels office koyambedu branch, they said the seat(7) was not booked and asked me to contact customer service. Nobody picks up the call and the toll-free number disconnects by itself. My whole day is disturbed because of this. Please take necessary action on the driver and their co.
