What a waste driver you are choosing for travelling long distance, we booked for aug 12 night 8.45 pm, almost 1.30 hour there were traffic near tindivanam, found one of the driven was drunkan, and both of them delayed more than 5 hrs to reach Ooty,
As per the rules driver should not take alcohol during driving
There should delay for only 1.30hrs but here all travels even auto is taking over take and moving faster
Waste of time, can you give back our wasted time, how can you select such a useless people for long distance.

    Hello sir, I took Parveen travels from chennai to puliyangudi on 04/08/2022, 09:00 PM Parveen Travels NON A/C Semi Sleeper (2+2), the bus conductor who yelled the old lady in front of everybody this is the way the Parveen travels treat the customers, this is so awful and atrocious, the old lady get so depressed and that makes the circumstances also worst in mid time, and He just on the lights and yelling the old lady like anything this is the way your trained your staffs to behave with the customers, So please take action against the conductor or otherwise your respected company will face the lawsuit for chaos.

    Spoken with drivers concern passenger boarding point perungalathur driver as called customer while nearing pourur toll itself customer grand son lift the phone he said that he had booked the ticket for his grand ma but she dont have mobile phone so he asked driver to wait and pick up ...after bus reached perungalathur passenger not reported in office there vehicle waited for 20 mins ...driver called that mobile number for 10 times customer mobile phone is keep on waiting till last customer not attended
    after 20 mins customer came in two wheeler... driver asked the grand son why you not attend the phone call he said i am driving so cant attend... driver said i am waiting for 20 mins all customer are shouting inside that all bus departure...but on the way the customer grandson he at called shouted the driver on entire route

      I booked 2 tickets from Chennai to dindugal on 24/07/22. I simply received a call from Parveen travels no mail no other intimation the lady staff who called from [protected] didn't even bother to tell her name. She just called told me bus cancelled you can come to Parveen office for a refund. When I said I had to travel then only she offered a bus to Trichy. Reason for cancellation was not even shared. Thinking that they will extend the service that they offer and for which we pay it is cruel and irresponsible of the travels to cancel abruptly.action should be taken.

          Not able to cancel the ticket taken for tomorrow(18th april 2022) evening 5:30 pm from Trivandrum to Pondichery. Their site is showing error when trying cancellation.
          I had called customer care also and they told that they can’t do the cancellation for tickets taken by own thru online.
          Considering above i had placed request to cancel the ticket well before 24hrs thru their customer care mail id, but till now no response.
          This is the mail i had send them.

            I booked service to transport my parcels and they promised to delivery by tuesday by morning where is sent those by friday ... Still no response from service provider and also cx care numbers act crazy.. If it's not working then why they have cx service numbers.. Worst service.. Even if someone come by walk it would been faster than parveen.. Pesama iluthu mooditu polaam..

              Kindly note due to technical reason you had cancelled the bus trip from blore to chennai dated 16th march at 4:30PM.

              When contacted your blore agent salamath fouziya (name as mentioned in truecaller), was assured the ticket money for seats 13, 14 & 15 would be reimbursed within 2 business days.

              PNR: ABBM3EBP781895 Dtd: 16 Mar 22 from blore to chennai. Sear 13, 14 & 15.

              But till now don't find any refund being done. (28 March 2022)

              Appreciate if anyone can assist on this and action taken for the delay and no response from such a provider who claim they are the best...

                  We are senior citizens - 74 and 69 respectively and booked sleeper berths from coimbatore to pondicherry at 9.30 a.m. for 4.2.22. this booking was done by us 1 month before. now all of a sudden we were informed that we will be dropped in tindivanam bus stop as the pick up van from tindivanam to pondicherry is not available. as we have to reach pondicherry before evening we booked your travels. with lug gages we cannot travel from tindivanam to Pondicherry. please ask your pondicherry counterpart to some how arrange a van as promised by you while booking the reservations.

                      I had given a bike to parcel from chengalpettu to calicut on 6th Jan 2022, It is not yet delivered and status in the website is still in Chennai, The office guy at the Chenaglpettu office promised the delievry within 2-5 days. It has been more than 2 week now. No reply or update from customer care and unprofessional behavior from executives at chenaglpettu and chennai office.

                          Today 24th Dec 2021

                          booked Perveen AC sleeper for 2000 till Salem.

                          time delay 9.15 but they started at 9.40 that too different bus which is semi seater..

                          Complain 1: Over charge for bus 2000 rs for 400 KM

                          complain 2: Time delayed 9.15 bus but they started at 9.40

                          complain 3: Bus changed instead of AC sleeper they gave semi seater.

                          complain 4 : I booked ticket at 9.13 for 9.15 bus but till 9.13 they didn't tell me that till Changalpattu semi seater after that oly sleeper available.

                          complain 5:: semi seater bus seat is not comfortable for my son and they said it's AC bus but AC didn't work.

                          complain 6: We crossed Changalpattu but no AC bus is waiting for us and now 12 clk DEC 25 till now we didn't get the correct bus..

                          Complain 7 : Customer called but no one attend the call and finally driver is telling that the sleeper bus available in Tindivanam again' it's too long from Chennai...

                          I need my money back... I came to Parveen along with my 1 year old son and almost my 75 % my travel is completed then why should pay for sleeper 2000..

                          please take this complain as very seriously and help me to get justice.. it's complete chaeating

                                  I had booked a ticket to chennai from trichy on sat 6 of november at 1 :00 Am via parveen app i paid the amount .. amount got debitted from account but in app it shows as processing and ticket is not confirmed. I contacted many persons and they told that ticket is not booked. But i checked my bank as well and i had the transaction details of the same.. i hereby enclose the transaction details. I need my money back which is debited from my account. Kindly refund the amount.

                                    Bus stopped in bhavani around 12.09 am
                                    Some problem due to diesel leakage

                                      I have booked ticket from trichy to pondicherry ac bus via tindivanam, Waited in trichy for bus one hour and also pickup van from tindivanam to pondy nearly one hour more or less the travelling time is beyond the limit more than 7 hours, but I have paid for my luxury and comfortable above 1000 Rs it is said to be waste of the time and my comfortable, I have got hectic from parveen Travels, try to correct it,
