Dear Sir,
Please to be informed that we had booked two tickets in your Parveen travels through make my trip from Palakkad byepass to Chennai scheduled to depart at 11.45pm on 5.7.2018. PNR no. was BSPT[protected]. We had been waiting for the bus since 10.30pm to 1 o'clock midnight, but bus didn't come. We had been trying to call both the numbers you had mentioned in the e-ticket as owned by bus operators, but mob no. was switched off and the landline no. was not picking up. Finally we called your Coimbatore office no. around 12.45pm and came to know that the bus was left Coimbatore station by the time. We lost our business trip for a negotiation with prior appointment. This was not anticipated from your side as you are a well known travel across the country. We have lost a cost of Rs. 15000 by missing this trip solely because of your negligence and irresponsibility. So you are requested to compensate the amount. Your response is awaited.

    I'm travelling from thanjavur to chennai
    I don't know the stop so i enquired about that stop name to driver
    For this, that guy started to talk harshly and i get down in the wrong stop
    After i came to home i called that driver to ask about this behaviour suddenly
    He cut the call and put his mobile in switch off mode
    Is this how u guys treat a customer
    I'm sure from now onwards i will not use your bus service and i wont let my friends to use your bus service until u made some clear answer for my situation on that day

        Booked bus ticket in parveen travels from chennai to calicut in its non-ac semi sleeper.
        Bus (40 seats) started from koyambedu 2 hours late - tech problem.
        Reached chengelpettu toll booth 3.5hrs late.
        Again suffered tech problem.
        Replacement bus (Which doesn't have kerala permit) came but with lesser seats (36 seats).
        4 people to coimbatore were left there and started.
        Bus took a u-turn after 30 min, to onboard the stranded passengers.
        Another replacement bus having kerala permit came at kallakurichi, again with 36 seats only.
        Offered a cab for the standing passengers to coimbatore at salem, but was not arranged.
        After all, the bus reached calicut at 5pm, late by 9 hours!
        The worst ever bus journey i experienced so far.

          Travelling at parveen travels from kumbakonam to chennai at 19th may 2018, 1:45pm.
          I suppose to reach airport before 9am but due to technical issue till 5.45pm bus stuck 5 km before sethaiyathope. There is no proper response driver said you just send email, so i took taxi and reached chennai. I need full refund of my amount

          As we are now travelling from Chennai to coimbatore, (1.pm bus) while on boarding the a/c was good.. but now while on travel we are feeling so uncomfortable with a/c .. no cool air is coming.. just only air blowing tat too hot air. Just take a quick action regarding it.

            My name is priyanka. I booked a ticket for my father from virudhachalam to chennai on 16th may, 2018 at 11:59pm i. E 23:59 hrs as mentioned. I booked the ticket through redbus website.

            My father came to the boarding point at 11:00pm. He contacted the driver for the bus details and waited in the stop till 12 o clock but the bus was not arrived. Again he called the driver for asking the bus details and the driver told to wait for sometime. After half an hour my father again called the driver but the driver spoke with my father in a harsh way and switched off the mobile. He tried again and again but the number was switched off. He called the customer care of parveen travels at that time, they asked him to wait in the boarding point. It was almost 1 o clock and the bus didn't arrived. Some local incharge of parveen travels told to my father that bus will not come here to pick you, go to the bus stand. He was not able to go the bus stand at that time and called to the customer care again but there was no response. Is this the way you treat a passenger? At last my father did not boarded the bus and no call from your end also. How can a bus go without picking a passenger?

            Please teach some basic manners to your drivers and your incharge persons. Ask them to learn how to talk to a passenger. This is not good from your end.

            Finally my father did not traveled in your bus on the mentioned date and time. I need a refund for this ticket.
            I am writing this complaint after talking to the customer care people. They asked me to mail the same.

              We did not get our booked seats on parveen travles while on the way to aluva - chennai we booked the seat no.41and 42actualy we can see a emergency exit door on the space of these seats. The bus operaters says that this is our new vehicle so please co-operate with us what will we do we pay the amount rs 3780 for two seats.
              We have no any other way to travel to chennai at this time so we are still travelling on this bus by two local seats

              On 11-5-18 i travelled in praveen corona sleeper from Chennai to marthandam .in that bus there is no proper a/c, then the dustbin is filled it cause bad smell in side the bus, we informed to the driver he didn't response for that .so i believe that u will take a proper action for this .thank you

                Today i am traveling from chennai to hosur.
                The bus stopped at sai akshai hotel to take dinner. The service and response by the hotel management was very poor. I have told the cabin crew but they told that it is the parveen travels company advice and if you have any greavance they told me mail.

                  I am traveling from bangalore to tirunelveli in parveen travels. Too much of bed bugs in the seat and blanket. I have got rashes all over my body due to bedbug bites.
                  I reported this to parveen travels customer care and bus staff. No proper action taken.
                  Paying this much amount and getting unhygienic service is really disappointing.
                  I requested the customer care executives to take some action, but no satisfactory action taken.
                  I have pictures of the rashes. Don't wish to share in public forum

                    While entering bus i didnt find my blanket in my seat. I thought crew might give that after departure. I didnt get that and i slept without that. When it reach coimbature tempratire was very less and i wanted that blanket.
                    I asked to crew two times and they said that"blanket is not available in bus and if you want you can use blanlets of tjose passengers gotdown in coimbature."
                    I have minimum right to get water, blanket in bus.
                    Earlier i belived in parveen now i lost that.
                    Also ask your crew to wear neat dress.

                    Notat all satisfied with the journey and it was 3 hour late too...

                      This is to bring to your notice that i had traveled on the bus from chennai-hyderabad dated[protected] my pnr no: bspt[protected] busno: tn01ba7599 and am very disappointed with your travels and getting annoyed to travel further. Yesterday am carrying one extra bag with me before handover the baggage to crew staff i intimated them am having extra one bag. Being the crew staff, despite of taking permission from his superior he demanded me a bribe of 500 rs and he said if i am failed to pay he will throw my bags out and after reaching my destination he is shouting in the middle of the road and asking for money and forcefully he took money from my hand my cab it looks very insulted for me. Being i am very loyal to parveen travels this sort of situations makes us very annoyed. Please make sure you take some strict action on that person.

                        The bus has arrived at the boarding point earlier than specified and has left the boarding point without informing me. When asked about the location and bout the bus and other details the staff in trivandrum office of parveen travels used abusive language and hung up the call.

                        If this is the sevice you are providing i must ask for a refund for the bus ticket

                          I was travelled from chennai to bangalore last night ie 23/03/2018, due to bus break down they dropped in the middle of the road and again they didn't provide me another resource. Its very bad experience with ur travels so kindly provide my refund money and local bus changes also you have to bare, from where they stopped i took my own transportation till bangalore it's charges around 150/-and travel charges-870. If you reqried will provide booking i'd or attachment of tickets. Am expecting the relay as well as refund

                            I took bus, scania from tirunelveli to bangalore on 21st feb [ticket number: tm3q36259225]. The bus timing mentioned on redbus is 11.55pm, but the bus really only arrived at 01.25am. When asked why they were so late, the driver rudely mentioned that there was so much traffic and that i could ask any co-passenger awake.
                            Secondly the guy working in the office at dindigul, mentioned that this is the normal time it arrives everyday, and they mention 11.55pm on redbus to get customers to book it for the current day. (If we do mention the original time, then it lists as the next day on redbus and hence the trick. Very very cheap trick from parveen travels).
                            Thirdly the bus ticket sent by redbus mentions boarding point as opp. Madurai busstand, parveen travels office, spencers compound, dindigul. Which is right near the dindigul main busstand. But in the last minute when i called the driver to ask where he was, he rudely mentions that the boarding point is not near the busstand and that i had to confirm with redbus what the boarding point was (He could have just told me there was a mistake, but no. He simply cut the call).
                            After all this drama, when i ask the person at the parveen travels office in dindigul busstand, he cool-ly mentions, "oh scanias and volvos don't come inside town for pickup. You have to go to the palani bypass to board the bus".. All this is happening at 12.15am. After this he mentions to me that there will be a ac sleeper bus coming and i can choose to travel in that (But why should i. I booked a semi-sleeper because i don't like to travel in sleeper buses).
                            And then finally he sends me to the palani bypass by this ac sleeper bus and makes us wait somewhere in the middle of nowhere (Palani bypass, dindigul) at 12.15 am. The bus only arrived at 1.25am. Had to wait there, with no-one to even ask if we're at the right place, and if the driver will come pick us there. If we call the dindigul office person - he rudely says that this is the way they work, and that i cannot do anything about it. He boldly mentions that no action will be taken even if i raised complaints (I'm seriously hoping this complaint will prove him wrong. If parveen travels really cares about customers that is). He mentioned that and scolded me for repeatedly calling at night and disturbing him, and then he cut the call.
                            If i call the driver, he still replies that he is in traffic and not to disturb him while driving anymore.

                            All this drama just because we chose parveen travels. Had i chosen srs travels, which went right past me at exactly 11.55pm as mentioned on their redbus travel time.
                            I seriously hope something will be done against the system set by the person in charge at dindigul office and the drivers of this tirunelveli - bangalore scania bus route. Very pathetic service.

                            I booked in Parveen travels for a business trip to chennai. I asked driver regarding charger and the same to his assistants at the time of booking because I saw their amenities in red bus while booking. Till they start they assured me about that. And after they started they didn't responded and balmed me of selecting the wrong bus.

                              I booked a multi axle semi sleeper bus at parween travels departing at 4.30 pm on 16th feb 2018 from gandhipuram (Cbe) to madurai.
                              But the bus came at 6.30 pm and it was a basic tourist bus of parween travels since the multi axle semi sleeper bus was under repair.
                              This is really a stupid reason i ever heard also one of worst service from parween travels. Me, my spouse and kid travelled with lot of discomfort. Please do not provide...

                              The driver is rashly driving vehicle in chengalpet to chennai highway today arround 8:10 pm for which we the snap shot. When we tei s to ask him the explanation he had refused to answer. He is creating problem for other vehicles on highway and fear to passengers in bus. Kindly do the necesssary action else the same snap shots will be forwarded to concern department for the purpose of public safety

                                As i and my mom have travelled on your bus on 27/1/18 to chennai (Nyt 8.20 am at cbe) which met with an accident along the flyover near ambasamuthiram, salem. We got down and boarded private vehicle and went off.

                                Hence we are in a position to collect the money back (550 rs for 2 each,, toatlly 1100 upto chennai. We travelled only till salem. Do the needful, taking consideration of this complaint

                                  I traveled from coimbatore to chennai on 21/01/2018 in your bus. It was already delayed due to some unforeseen reason. Instead of starting at 10.00 pm started at 12 midnight. From tambaram bus came in bypass road and the koyembedu passengers were asked to get down 200 meters before the koyembedu bridge at 8.30 am. We were forced to spend for another transport to go to koyembedu to further take a transport to reach our destination.

                                  Is it the fault of the management or the driver?. My dropping point mentioned in your ticket as koyembedu-cmbt.. Please try to avoid such complaints in future and give your reply in [protected]@yahoo.com

                                    I booked a ticket from rameswaram to chennai using redbus app
                                    My seat number is 32 it is second row from the last.
                                    While the time of boarding another person also having the same seat number.
                                    Driver not even having the name list and seat number. I asked driver about this
                                    Driver told me to sit in any free seat for that time
                                    After 4 hour in karaikudi
                                    Travels staff came and told me that my seat is 33, seat no 32 is blocked and booked for another person. He changed my place to last row corner. After two hours another person came and complaint to driver that i am sitting in his place, driver came and changed my place i told him that travel staff told me to sit here i didn't considered my words

                                    Driver and staffs are irresponsible
                                    They shuffling the passenger seats as their wish
                                    They are not leaving as to sit in a booked seat

                                      This is my worst journey ever. At the time of booking there was 45 seats in the bus with 4 other lady passengers near by (As it was last seat of the bus). These people never informed me anything. They just told me the other passengers near you have cancelled and made me sit in another seat saying that they will correct it in the next boarding point. The lady who boarded in that place was very rude to me. The fact that im sick already and travelling alone made me all irritated. And they sent me to my seat saying that there is no choice. (Then why the hell i was push to such a humiliation in the middle of the night). I went through all this disturbance for nothing. And when i came looking for my seat, there was someone else there already (It was not my seat, the bus was changed). Apparently it turned out that they sent another bus with only 40 seats. They just put me in the middle seat of the last row which i never preferred in any circumstance. So thanks to you people for ruining my sleep and journey. Even if it was one passenger at most care should have been taken.
