Complaint marked as Resolved Dear sir/madam, I booked ticket in your travels on 21/10/2022 from Nellore to madurai.First I booked on one place again I changed my boarding Point to another place by calling driver and informed driver.Driver informed me bus will come between 8.45PM to 9.00PM.I reached venue at 8.45PM.Driver called me at 8.50PM.I didn't notice the call because phone is on my bag.Again I called the Driver at 8.52PM(I attached the screenshot of the conversation).He told me that he already went away(FYI before also I booked same bus but your bus came at 9.30PM and I waited 45minutes in so many instances).He spoke in a rude manner.He didn't give any responsible answer.He told me to talk with the customer care and disconnected the phone.I totally shocked and I didn't expect this kind of answer from driver.Because of that I suffered a lot.I am not able to go to my home for Diwali.So take necessary step against this driver and Don't recruit these kind of drivers in future.This kind of things should not happen to anyone in future.I hope you will respond in a positive manner and Refund my ticket fare immediately.I attached my ticket details below.
