On Jan 3 2024, I travelled Parveen travels From Kanyakumari to Chennai KL07CQ6199
I onboarded in Azhagiamandapam and the bus reached Vadasery Nagercoil bus stop for rest stop. I went off for restroom and return back within 5 mins and noticed the bus left. Even they didn’t check whether the passenger was present or not. I almost ran for 1 km for catching the bus . As arguing with the staff and bus driver they didn’t even say apology. Such a careless behaviour. I attached the staff photo below

On 31st December i had travelled from Mettupalayam to Chennai in bus no TN21BZ3899. I got down in Tambaram and could not find my bag, i asked the driver but he did not respond me properly, Kindly solve mu issue.

We were to board bus to kodai from Chennai on 22nd dec at 8.30 pm.
It is now 10.47pm and the bus has still not come to location.
When enquired at Parveen travels helpdesk, they were very unprofessional and provided different answers each time.
No communication has been provided or any updates given till now whatsoever
There are many kids and elderly people who are waiting at this bus stop which has zero amenities with no help at all. Kindly action asap.

Trying to book LL slot booking since long but getting below error-
"Due to some techinical issue Slot Booking not allowed. Reference: 136.226.250.248"

Cancelled the below ticket on 22nd October 2023 with Rs.1089 penalty and Rs.4410 to be refunded, But even after 39 days didn't receive the refund and the customer care number is not responding

We are travelling from Vijayawada to Madurai and your bus crew members not stopping bus urgency of toilet and this is completely wrong manner .

My parents are in old age and they unable to walk and 3 times I was requested to driver even though he is not understanding o[censored]sers pain . Kindly understand passengers safety and importance are very needful to Parveen travels.

I have pain Rs. 10, 878/- for 4 members and same I need facility.

Your Bus is not following Time also still not reached in time to way .

Worst pantry service and employees they don't even know to respect the passengers . His name is IMRAM I really need to take action on him . There are lot of old age ppl travelling they have BP and other issues but the company is serving poha sambar rice and cup noodles which is very harmful for all. I started my journey at 5pm and will reach Chennai by 11pm without food all my family members too. They are not ready to stop the bus for dinner. So I am travelling without food. Not only me many people are suffering with this travel I need you to take an action on IMRAN and the pantry.

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Nagercoil on 04/09/2023 at 8:15 PM PNR Number ABBN92I5942759. From Parveen's side, they cancelled the bus and confirmed the ticket fair will be refunded within 3-5 days. It's been a month after that, called the Parveen office multiple times but haven't received my amount back yet. It's very frustrating and disappointing that I should go this far to get my refund back. hope they will complete my refund.

I booked the bus ticket from Chennai to Tirunelveli on 26/08/2023 Boarding at 11.10 PM Perungulathur bus stop through REDBUS. Your bus is cancelled, but there is no message received from your end
and redbus end. I lot of try to call to your people, finally one people attend in my call and he told these bus is cancelled, your fare is automatically refund. But there is no refund received. I am a 65 year old retired person. I physically and mentally affected.

I request you to kindly immediately refund my money, otherwise I will legally take action against you.

Boarded Chennai-kodailanal bus at CMBT by 8.30pm on 25.08.23 (Seat No.L4 Water leakage from AC outlet started at 10 PM. Conductor told to register complaint with company. Now Traveling sitting. Worst service after paying Rs.1800/_ per ticket. In another seat, passengers saw smoke thru' electrical line & conductor says nothing to worry. It's so worst experience with Parveen travels.

I was made to get off the bus in Koyambedu which is around 10km before my dropoff location(Egmore) without prior intimation. There was no secondary van or driver at this point to take me to said location. Being a female travelling alone this was not safe and highly unacceptable. I would never recommend booking through this service and would give zero stars if possible. As, we have booked a ticket in parveen travels at last minute because they didn't close the portal. After we booked the tickets they said that the bus has left and it reached long distance. So we cancelled the ticket and asked for refund. They said it will get refund by 24hrs still now there is no refund and also no response from the travels

Parveen travels agent assured of sending 21 seater Benz bus but finally sent 407 local bus. And charged for the full Benz bus charge.

And the bus didn't even have hand brake.

Me and my spouse was travelling from Madhavaram to Ongole at 12.10am. When we onboarded kept 2 luggage in loft after we went deep sleep some one looted my money 10000 from my laptop bag. Please investigate and try to get money back. I am really very frustrated. Please

Passengers list wrongly shown in the FINAL tickets due to their system error leads us to cancel the ticket.

Now we request to refund the cancellation charges collected from us Rs 2387 in two separate tickets. We have cancelled the ticket due such error in the passengers list and took other bus to reach Chennai

Driver and attender was very rude not even have basic sense to deal the customer, when we try to give a complaint to the management, he was yelling as a fisher man not even bother about customer issues, also customer care service was worst while resolving issues . Not worth for the amount what we have spent, have mentioned all amenities but not upto cost of the ticket, Tv was not turned on, when we requested for water bottle they just commented they will provide once they get, doesn't have basic courtesy to talk with women customers, not safe for women to travel with these kind of travels, just the wellknown named travel but not even fit for one star rating service.still now trying to reach the concern person but my query is not yet resolved they were routing to different numbers and persons also many of them were disconnecting the call . please don't choose this travel for hill station, its not safe for us

I was travelling from Chennai to coonoor on 25th May 2023 in TN21BZ3899 seat number 3. During my travel till Villupuram there were few seats were empty. In Villupuram driver accommodated few seats and a person who sat on seat number 4 was fully drunk. He don’t have consciousness at all he was spitting here and there. He was putting his hand and foot here and there and the smell of the alcohol I felt like vomiting and he made me uncomfortable....

Traveling from madurai to Chennai on 14 may, due to mechanical problem bus stopped on. NH after trichy, complaint was raised with Mr Krishna Kumar, no alternate arrangements was done or no response. Forced to on government bus
