Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam [Pvvnl] — bill payment a/c no [protected] dt6.6.2018

I have already paid a sum of rs5725 as ack vide receipt no[protected] and credit appear in a/c. As per bill this is meater reading upto 27470. Now i have received a email stating that bill upto reading 26950 for rs 3447.91 dt 23.6.2018 has been raised and required to pay upto 30.6.2018. Disconnection dt 7.7.2018 it is requested to look into the matter what is happening while preparing bill.in my case from where this figure of reading upto 26950 taken when bill is already paid and amt appear in credit in a/c it is a hrassment to consumer which your staff is doing sitting in office
