I am facing problem regarding my 2 month electric bill payment, at kamla Nehru Nagar Ghaziabad EUDD II. There are very poor service provide to customer even my father is also a part of this organization after that they behave very hardly to mee, they send me where & there that ki aap unse milo wo jama krenge but no body here for doing bill. In that process I have waste my 45 min & after that a Mam take ownership & told me that bill book has been lost so you will wait for more time. After 1 hr they find bill book & they free me. Pls take necessary action against this matter becoz I have seen many time there were very old or senior citizen visit office so pls provide good service to them.
