[Resolved]  Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam [Pvvnl] — i am complaining for bill dispute of electricity bill

This is to inform you that there is major dispute for this electric bill.
Last month i have paid the bill, but inspite of that, it was added (Included) with my present bill which shouldnot be happened as i have already cleared my all previous bills and also raised complaint through toll free no, but till now no action taken.

And complain also wrongly closed.
I need clarification why this dispute rises and no action taken inspite of complain.

Please rectify and take proper action and do the needful at the earliest. Pfa of my previous paid bill and dispute bill with complain no.
