Yesterday my meter reading is 25803. But when I check today it shows 25821 it will wrong because we use only three fans and two referigator and some led bulbs so the meter shows wrong reading

      Hi,

      I am not able to understand why you are providing a bill that is of no use. Because of the person who is using the device does not know how to use it becomes useless.

      Almost all the time when a bill is generated they never think of the label and the data generated after print. So it becomes very difficult to read and understand the bill.

      We are a consumer, i think we have full right to have complete and correct data.

      At least please provide a bill which can be easily understood..
      Label and data which feed should match somewhere and would be meaningful when someone read it

            Dear sir/madam,

            I'm a consumer of pvvnl - eeeudd iv, c-87/102, shalimar garden extn. - 2, ghaziabad and the bill number is sba[protected]. Recently your team removed our meter and that's without any prior information. We are generally paying the charges every six months (Minimum bill amount) and last time the bill was paid in june/july'19. Can you please look into the same and do the needful asap.

            I really do appreciate if there is any system where your team can intimate us about the pending bills before removing the meter. I hope the intention of your team is not to create any problem for the consumer and find an avenue to charge us for reinstallation, etc. Etc.

            I tried to pay the bill online but your billdesk system is not working so please advise what should we do here.

              I am a consumer of pvvnl, residing at ghaziabad, consumer no.[protected]
              I have been paying my electricity bill well in time, i. E. Before the last date.
              But the amount which was supposed to be paid after due date, is being added in the subsequent months, as arrear.
              As a result of that i am not getting any advantage of paying my bills in time, and loosing apprx. Rs.35/- per month.
              Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                There was no electricity since 4 days in my house and i am a service class person and my child is in board so each passing day was painful for me my family, i applied in electricity department and try to connect with je and lineman at sitapuri moradabad i try many times to reach there but no one come to solve the problem til the date 20/01/2020 then after i contact to the s. D. O sir then he solve my problem i am very thankful to him and finally when lineman came after solving the problem he asked my mother for money, she is a very innocent women, she gave him money then after she told me, for me it was shameful behaviour of lineman.

                  सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मै रजिया बेगम पत्नी श्री जलीसुद्दिन पुत्र स्व0 श्री नूरुद्दीन निवासी मकान न. 236, ईदगाह कॉलोनी, लिसाड़ी रोड, मेरठ आपको अवगत कराना चाहती हूं कि मेरे पति का 22.09.2019 को स्वर्गवास हो चुका है।

                  मेरे सौतेले बेटे फैसल जलीस ने फर्जी दस्तावेज़ो पेश कर उक्त मकान के बिजली के मीटर में मेरे पति का नाम हटवा दिया है और अपने नाम को दर्ज करने की प्रार्थना पत्र दिया है, जिसकी कार्यवाहीं बिना किसी सूचना व दस्तावेज़ो की जांच के चार दिन के अन्तर्गत आपके विभाग के कर्मचारी श्री तरुण द्वारा बाबू श्री सचिन की आईडी से पूरी हो चुकी है और फैसल जलीस का नाम दर्ज कर दिया गया है।

                  जब इस बात की जानकारी लिखित रूप से दिनांक 7.11.2019 को एक्शन ऑफिसर, बिजली विभाग, माधव पुरम, मेरठ को दी गई तो तत्काल ही उन्होंने क्षेत्र के एसडीओ को इस केस की 3 दिन के अन्तर्गत जांच कर रिपोर्ट जमा करने के लिखित रूप से आदेश दिए। आपके विभाग के जे0ई0 श्री योगेश जी सहित दो कर्मचारियों द्वारा 8.11.2019 को उक्त मकान का निरीक्षण भी किया जा चुका है। मुझे लगभग एक महीना हो चुका है लेकिन अब तक कोई भी निष्कर्ष नहीं निकल पा रहा है। आपके विभाग के अधिकारियों द्वारा मांगे गए सभी दस्तावेज़ो को कई बार जमा भी करवा दिया गया है परन्तु किसी भी प्रकार का निष्कर्ष नहीं निकल पा रहा है।

                  आपके विभाग के कर्मचरियों के मिलीभगत से गलत तरीक़े से काम को पूरा किया गया है, लेकिन अब वह अपने काम को सुधारने के बजाए केस को राजनीतिक तरीक़े से उलझा रहें हैं, जिसकी वजह से समय की बर्बादी तो हो ही रही हैं, आपके विभाग की बदनामी भी हो रही है।

                  अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप इस मामले की जांच करवाएं और उक्त मकान के बिजली कनेक्शन में मेरे सौतेले बेटे फैसल जलीस का नाम हटवा कर पूर्व स्तिथि यानी मेरे पति स्व0 श्री जलीसुद्दिन या मेरे नाम को डालने की कृपा करे। आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

Whose load is very high, but if the meter is showing 3 to 3:30 watt load, then we have to change our meter. We have requested before. If there is no response to change the meter, then please change our meter quickly.

                        A poor lady got a electricity bill from paschimanchal vidyut vitran nigam limited worth 33360.00 which she is now unable to pay, request many time to reveal the amount, so that she can able to pay. But no one helping her they keep disconnecting electricity. They keep asking to pay full payment, which she have not used. Now she do not have this much of amount to pay the bill, so kindly revealed the amount, so that she can pay electricity bill on time, each month or monthly wise.

                          Dear sirs, in my above bill by some mistake, you have charged fc rs.660, and exdmndpnlty rs.220 showing recorded demand:6.0,
                          We do not have any ac and electric gyser etc. We have simple load of light and fans only. Kindly please get checked the reason of the mistake and adjust approx. Rs.600/- paid by us in this bill in next our bills. You may refer our previous paid bills of last 2-3 years a/c no.

                          Costumer care representative told me to contact j.E of my area. When i contacted the j.E of my area he told me "new meters are not available" and also told me there is no hope of availability of new meters. How can i get my new connection. My connection application no is [protected]
                          I am resident of a-122 sector 15 noida. Today some trees were trimmed in our line due to which phases of our electic line of three phase line were break down. After detecting the same we are using other working phase. Kindly have the line rectified and people should be warned not to trim trees carelessly.

                              I would like to inform you that one peepal tree is growing extremely in Kalpana apartment back side. Which making a dangerous situation, as the branches are touching to the high voltage cables. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it ASAP.

                                Respected sir, please check my a/c no.[protected] and correct my bill amount i had already deposited monthly online bill but wrongly meter reader generated bill from starting units. I visited electricity office many times but they engorged my complaint every time. I also complained online but my complaint has been closed without any action taken on it and sending message to me that my complained has been resolved.

                                  We have 3 phase common connection in my apartment. And one phase is lost from last one month. We try to connect lineman gaurav ([protected]). Many time with him. If lineman did't come after several followup, we try to connect with je vikash sharma ([protected]). After several follow up, no one listen to complain. Also lineman charge 500 rs to fix the complain in past. I don't know this charge is legal or not. He never gave a receipt.
                                  If no act on situation we locked the complain on pvvnl complain helpline number ([protected]). They raise complain number and next day close it without solving problem. Screenshot attached. Then i write a mail to ([protected]@uppclonline.com) also didn't get any revert from them as well screenshot attached.
                                  We feel shame, still we are living in middle of such corrupt department, i request you to higher management, please take strict action and solve my problem asap.

                                    I complained before one month for correction in bill and submitted the details and application in sector 62, noida office. I visited more than 5 times but still it is not corrected.
                                    I also called many times in the office but still it is not corrected.

                                      सेवा में श्रीमान महोदय मेरा नाम इंद्रपाल S/O सूरजमल सिंह ग्राम सोरखा का रहने वाला मूल निवासी हूं मैंने ट्वेल के 7.5 किलोवाट के नए कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन किया था दिनांक 2 मई 2019 को मैंने अपना स्टीमेट जमा करवा दिया था परंतु अभी तक मुझे ट्वेल कनेक्शन नहीं दिया गया है व मेरा बिजली का सामान खंबे अभी तक मुझे उपलब्ध नहीं कराए गए हैं मेरा रजिस्ट्रेशन संख्या [protected] है व मेरी REF ID: [protected] है जो कि ऑफिस EDSD- II MEERUT- I है
                                      अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरा ट्वेल कनेक्शन मुझे जल्द से जल्द उपलब्ध कराया जाए व मेरा बिजली का सामान ओर खम्बे व ट्रांसफार्मर मुझे उपलब्ध कराया जाए आपकी अति कृपा होगी

                                        Address: a-35,sector 58,noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

                                        We experienced blast in our meter room all of sudden causing jumper to come off and duly registered complaint having no 7 on[protected]. Our meter (No_pv_lp2204) of account no [protected] still giving problems and we are still facing frequent power cuts while everyone alse in our vicinity has no such problems.
                                        We tried contacting concerned persons time and again but there is no seriousness shown to resolve our problem despite us paying every bill on time.
