Sir, Reference account number [protected] under pvvnl bachcha patk meerut, it is to state that my meter was changed on 20.05.2019 but no bill for power consumption is generated so far even after passing of more than two months since then, complaint to the concerned ae of ghanta ghar meerut was also of no avail till date as no bill generated sofar.
