Dear sir/Madam I m owner of maruti swift car and it's Registration no HR 20 Y 0990. I have given it to rectify in pasco body shop sec 18 gurgaon on 28 April 15 and representatives told us that 3 to 4 days it would take to rectify . I m calling them every day to get status. They hardly piked up the call and they say everytime that another one day . Today I called then again and as per their status again another 2 days it will take . I am calling Anand Bhatt the supervisor ([protected]). He is so casual in his attitude as he is not piking up the call .I called him thrice and his call was on waiting even then he didn't bothered to call me back. I asked them for replacement of car so that I can commute on daily basis. But they denied for the same by saying we don't have car. I m regular customer of maruti and having 4 cars in ma family from maruti. But this time is heights. Kindly look into this matter and revert asap. Regards Himanshu Nain [protected]
