There was some confusion on the appointment reschedule on my application and after waiting for one hour in the line I was asked to go to another line then understanding my situation the front desk who behaved very supportive asked me to go to APA lady, it was 5 already and she was in hurry to go home she without hearing my problem started shouting over me and I politely requested her to listen to my issue but she asked me to go back to the counter then I went back to the counter and they asked me to meet the manager then manager was well behaved and explained me what needed to be done.
Such bad experience from few govt officials who think they have the right to misbehave with anyone. Such ppl should be suspended and given proper training Was this information helpful? |
