Sir/ madam, Applied for passport on april 4th 2018 for both my parents who are senior citizens. The application number is as follows: 1. Bn[protected] 2. Bn[protected] The status shows"under review in the rpo" even after 18 days. Requesting you to please look into this on priority as we have already paid for the trip which is on may 20th.
