Passport Office Bhubaneswar — delay in passport at bbsr psk

I applied fir re - issue of passport, it's been a month and till now my application status is showing as "passport application has been submitted along with applicable fees and supporting documents". By now my passport should have gone for printing. I don't know the reason for delay and no one is receiving the call at bbsr psk. Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest and revert me back soon.
