There is no progress and its pending from past one month with below status ?

Passport application has been submitted along with applicable fees and supporting documents.

Is there any timeline and not sure why its stuck, i have contacted passport complains and also PSK Bhubaneswar and they just keep on mentioning pending in granting section !!!

Please help

Received an objection letter from rpo bhubaneswar stating an error in the selection of police station which had to be badmal but was marked as jharsuguda. Im trying to contact the bhubaneswar office from last one week contiuously but the people seem to be so busy that they are least bothered to attend the calls even once. If they cannot help people god knows what the hell are they sitting there for!
How will i know whether i need to go inperson to bhubaneshwar or what place? Do i need an appointment for that? If so do what documents i need?

Bhubaneshwar office shows least interest in people's problem and solving them.

We went to passport bhubaneswar office for applying passport under taatkal (Applied online) for my new born child who is 2 weeks old further to which i had to apply for us visa since i have plans to bring them to us after 3 months.

After reaching to office they asked for aadhar enrollment for infant. I am blaming government on how they can make aadhar mandatory for applying passport for infants. This is really ridiculous process and we really suffered in finding an enrollment center in bhubaneswar and most of them are closed around 2-4 pm.
I even consulted few people in office and it is of no use and no one are ready to accept as we have travelled very long from remote place with infant and suffered a lot in visits

Since 2010 i was renewed my passport it is renewed only for 2 years due to reason highlighted below and also attached correspondence between jeddah passport office.

Subject:pna/pvr blank/adver/incomplete-police status-clearance still awaited.

Dear bhubaneswar passport office inquiry team,

My parents mr. Asutosh sinha & mrs. Geeta sinha had filed for the renewal of their passports on 8th of feb 2017.

Father: mr. Asutosh sinha | file # bh[protected]
Mother: mrs. Geeta sinha | file # bh[protected]

After police verification, it was found out that there was an issue with the filing details submitted.
The current residence of my parents which is "ward # 11, naharpada, baripada - 757001" was mentioned to be dated from 1995 while actually it was nov 2010 since when they have been staying in baripada permanently.
Our baripada residence was built in 1995 but my parents were staying in sambalpur due to my father's job posting over there.
They came back to our baripada residence permanently after my father's retirement, on nov 2010.

In the passport renewal application, in the section - "date since when you are staying in the current residence" by mistake they had mentioned 1995 instead of mentioning nov 2010. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and for the trouble your team went through while validating the facts.

After police inquiry, the sp office of baripada had sent a status of 'not clear - need further investigation' to the passport office, for this current residence date issue.

Passport office of bhubaneswar, in turn had sent mail notification to my parents for further clarification.
My parents in turn had responded to those scns with all the clear cause of the issue and had shared the correct information as well in the return response through mail.
Below are the scns of my parents:

Since then my parents have tried to reach out to the passport office in bhubaneswar on multip, e occasions, but didn't find any response from your office.

My parents are senior citizens and currently residing alone at baripada. I, arghyatosh sinha, their son, am currently residing in usa due to my onsite job assignment and i am unable to help them directly due to this geographical barrier.
I sincerely apologize for the mistake made while initially filing for their passport renewal but request you to help them out here so that they can receive their passport without any further delays and dilemma.

Any help here will be highly appreciated.
Anticipating a quick and positive reply or action on my parent's passport case.

i am sai ranjan mohanty, a resident of bhubaneswar, odisha.I have applied for passport in 3rd may 2014. My file number is - BH[protected] 1. my verification file has been lost by khandagiri police station for which neither the passport office nor the police officials informed me and delayed the process by 4 months. 2 after verification is done, now passport office informs me that the file is pending with special branch. How much longer a citizen has to wait for a basic amenity like passport. I might loose my job if i dont have the passport within 20th september. please look into it. thanks

I have applied for my pasport, about over a month, But the police verification is still pending, For this i have tried to contact to RPO OFFICE Bhubaneswar . But they are not responding to calls. I had applied for my passport on[protected], File Reference No: BHU-A[protected], Name: BISWAJIT LENKA.
But till date I have not got it cleared and delivered to me.
Whenever I checked the web site to know the status, always I find the same status "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined".
I had been to two local police stations Purighat Police station & Badambadi Police station to inquire about it.
At both the places, I got to know that they have sent their reports before 29 February 2012.
I had called the mobile no [protected] printed on fees receipt for at least 6 times but nobody had received the calls.
I sent massages to that number but every time it were undelivered.
On 28 Jun 2012, I sent a mail to Grievance Cell. But astonishingly, it was also failed with a remark "it was rejected by the recipient domain".
At this point I am in a confused state to proceed.
Hence I request your judicious self to kindly take the matter with appropriate forum to despatch the passport at the earliest.

Dear sir,
I, Mahesh sharma, bearing application no. BHUW350870 D.O.B 14/4/1988 ,applied for passport on dated 10/5/2011.The procession of that application is not even started yet.But according to rule it should be completed in 3 months.

But, till now the initial processing is even not done as in the website www.passportstatus.nic.in it says "File Reference Number (BHU-W[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available" its 3 about months now .Its too much,great disorder. I do not want to say people in other county that it takes 1 long year to make a passport.Please look into the matter soon.
