my name is Amrit pal Kaur. my old passport number is U8026086 and my file number is CH[protected]. I got married in December last year so I applied for a reissue of my passport on the 23rd of February for changing my address and adding my spouse's name to my new passport. but for my application, I got an adverse report for my police verification as they were saying that you spent less than 1 year at my new address so that is why they gave the adverse report for that. so after that, I visited the passport office in Chandigarh on the 16th of may for applying for re-verification for my application at my previous address(paternal address). but unfortunately, RPO Chandigarh has not been released for any verification yet. I need my passport urgently and waiting for it for 3-4 months. so I am kindly requesting to release my passport verification as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you.

Good MORNING, My file no CH[protected] applicant name SARABJIT KAUR. Current status of my file is that police verification report is not clear application is under review at regional office . I already visited to regional office on 28/04/2022 with all my supporting documents. Already gave them written application regarding change of my address .still nothing is process yet .all original documents along with newspaper cutting is deposited in there in office but they didn't scan any document in front of me i asked them to scan all my original document but they said its not required your police verification will be done in next 10 days but now its being almost one month and nothing is changed and happen in my application status is still same .kindly look into this matter as soon as possible . How much time will take for police verification now .kindly update me please .My show cause notice letter reference number is SCN/[protected]/22 which i didn't receive till date and still to dispatch in passport office .i send more then 15 mails to RPO.[protected]@MEA.GOV.IN but there is no response from there side since now. My passport number J7345737 went through a long enquiry process of 8 months and i was told on 7th february 2022 at RPO Chandigarh that i will receive my passport now.but till now i havn't received my passport yet. I kindly request you to please look at this detail. My big reason behind this is my younger cousin sister whom i stay with abroad is alone there is she is facing hard time. I have applied passport on 12 oct.2021.
I have competed all procedure that are necessary for passport and police verification also done in dec.2021.
It has been a month showing status passport application under review at regional passport office.
I ‘m trying many times to regional passport office by phone or mail, but no respond on mail or phone. Also try for appointment for passport office many times its showing already booked or try on next date at 11am o’clock.

I am purchasing newspaper from shop he charges more then expected but I am not against the charges but the pages are not at all more than half page are not there when ever I say to shopkeeper why the pages he says like this the newspaper are coming from back then I say charge less then he says sir this will the charge only

I had my appointment on 30/07/2021, I paid required fees for Tatkal category, they told me that my passport will arrive in 1 week, But it’s already 1 week but passport status is reflecting still under review at RPO. I called several times for clearing my queries but they are not responding

This is worst thing they are doing not picking calls not replying to emails .. i want to get closure letter and i want to know the reason for the vlosing my file

Kindly refer my complaint dated 9th feb 2021 at your e-mail id. so response has been made so far. kindly look into this matter.
I applied for the passport for my daughter Agamjot Kaur vide ref no: 20-[protected] dated: 26th October 2020. I visited the Ludhiana Passport seva kender with all documents on 28th October 2020 as per scheduled appointment. I was turned back with the advice that father's aadhar card is required. I again got my appointment rescheduled and visited the sewa kender on 4th Feb 2021. I was then told that my passport was required and again turned me back. I need not tell that during the time the staff at duty was rude and non co-operative. However I again got my appointment rescheduled and visited the sewa kender on 8th feb 2021 with the following original document along with copies of the same:
1.My Passport (mother)
2. Voter ID card (father)
3. Agamjot Kaur's school ID card
(All these documents have the same address)
But to my surprise this time the officials found a new objection that "the address on passport of mother and voter card of father and applicant child is not the same." Whereas the fact is that in my passport an addition of B-35 is mentioned which is ward no of municipal corporation and it has nothing to do with the address and rest of the address is the same in these documents. I am enclosing a copy of three documents submitted for your perusal and verification please.

The most disappointing and painful thing was that I was kept waiting for the whole day and made to run from one person to another with my child and no one was ready to listen to me. Even Mr. Gurwinder Singh senior analyst and DPO were not helpful and even very rude to me.I tried to give my grievance to DPO in writing, he threw my application and commented "TUHADE VARGE BATHERE AANDE NEIN"
Under the circumstances I request you to kindly advise the concerned persons to either undertake my request for issue of passport of my daughter or I may be given appointment from any other sewa kender near Ludhiana along with the list of documents to be submitted for the purpose of issuing passport to my daughter.

Hi,
I am Kamal. I have applied for a fresh passport and I have submitted the application at Post Office PSK Sirsa on[protected]. It's been more than 20 days still my application status is showing "Application has been collected at Camp." No other information is coming there. If something is wrong with my application then there should be a notification on email or mobile. But nothing. I dropped an email to rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in but still not receiving any reply.

I have a complain regarding file no. Ch[protected], ch[protected], ch[protected]. After submitting all documents or applied for passport on 16th jan 2020 and rpo sent my files for police verification but in the mean time my mother expired so i went to my home town and after 3-4 days i got a call from police station and told him my current situation (That i am out of station due to mis happening) then after 5-7 days i returned to my chandigarh and went to police station and they replied that we have sent your file back to rpo. I went to rpo office sector 35 chandigarh they told me to take appointment first and got appointment date 14th apr 2020 but suddenly prime minister announced lockdown due to covid19 after unlock and rpo reopened on 25th june 2020 and after 5 days i received a msg from rpo that your file has been closed and need to contact the passport office. So we went to passport office met the official there who was quite rude to us and when we asked him the reason for the closure. He did not wish to explain anything.
We are really worried on how to get it sorted.. Again applying for a fresh passport means again spending so much time, money.
Please help us...

2. That complainant is the wife of the accused no. 1 and daughter-in-law of accused no. 2.
3. That accused no. 2 gave an affidavit to the passport authority showing that he is the father of accused no.1 namely deepak joshi who was born on 01.08.1987 and he has no other documentary proof regarding the date of the birth of accused no. 1. (Copy of false affidavit of accused no. 2 is attached with this complaint)
4. That on the base of above mentioned false affidavit, accused no. 1 has prepared his passport on dated 05.06.2006 from the passport authority making conspiracy with accused no. 2 and cheating to passport authority. (Copy of passport of accused no. 1 is attached with this complaint)
5. That it is real fact that the date of birth of accused no. 1 is 01.08.1980 according to the certificate of matriculation examination of accused no. 1 which was issued by the punjab education board. (Copy of matriculation certificate of accused no. 1 is attached with this complaint)
6. That accused no. 1 is a gunda person and have relations with many gunda persons and threatened to the complaint always to not saying this truth to anyone.
7. That it is the matter of cheating, misrepresentation, showing and using false documents and affidavit and to ditch to the passport authority as well as other authorities where this false and fake passport was used from 05.06.2006 to till now.
It is most, therefore, respectfully prayed that the passport of accused no. 1 should be seized with immediately effect and legal action may kindly be taken against the accused no. 1 and accused no. 2 for threatening to me and cheating, misrepresentation, showing and using false documents and affidavit and to ditch to the passport authority.
