    The website says 'Police report has been submitted by Chitalsar manpada Police Station, Thane City and sent to Commissioner Of Police, District Thane City for review.' for more than a week. Can this be done faster as we need to travel soon. The police verification was completed on 1/1/25 itself.

        On 10th May'24 I have applied for renewal of my passport via https://www.passportindia.gov.in link. submitted the application online and paid 1500 INR as well. even after 21 days the application status is shown as pending and i am getting asked to pay the fees again.

        Need support either to refund the 1500 INR or process the application

              No progress of passport after sent to commissioner of thane for review more than 2 weeks

              My Police verification was done on 22nd of December 2023 and I have been checking the status since then but there is no progress. The status shows "Police report has been submitted by MANPADA Police Station, Thane City and sent to Commissioner Of Police, District Thane City for review."                           Renewal of passport is submitted in Passport Seva Kendra Jalgaon (Maharastra, Mumbai) and we were told that passport would be renewed and sent to home. However its stuck at verification for more than a month and tried to follow up with office but no response.

                          Could this be escalated as my parents need to travel on urgent basis?
