My name is gurjeet singh and i am from wz 18 2nd floor chaukhandi extn. Tilak nagar delhi 110018.
I am informing you that i was coming from amrita and near by ludhiyana station a thief stolen my bag under my head.in that bag - purse (Rs. 10000inr) watch worth rs. 8000, my glasses 6000, my driving license, adhaar card, 2 bob atm cards, citi bank credit card etc.

These things are very valuable to me, kindly take an action on it asap.

Am sorry I was really insulted by one of the employees of counter B. The full story was that I was not aware of the turn and when I went he really shouted at me for not going to him on time and refuse to take my case. I am ashamed we still have people in our country who keep ego more then work!

    Respected mam/sir. My file no is ch[protected] and all the documents was submitted on 17/08/2017 at 2:15pm but they gave me application status on hold whereas police verification mode =na. When i asked them about this they said all is right u don't need to worry but till now after no police verification had done, moreover now my application status is documents submitted successfully. Please sir i need my passport urgent, so are appropriate action in my case about no police verification..

      not given my passport back since 7 months.

      Hi i am bringing the in efficiency in passport office and i hope who ever read this be ashamed to be indian and these officers living on public money should be ashamed of themself. My passport was taken at delhi airport on 31/01/17 and they give me the letter to collect from chandigarh office in 3 weeks time.
      Since then i been in chandigarh office 27 times and always told to come back next week.in march they show me the passport and...

      I have appointment in passport office chandigarh on 25th august 2017, friday but i cant come because of the curphew imposed by govt so i want to talk with your officials on this matter but nobody is picking up the phone.
      Now i am left with no other option except missing the appointment.
      So plz just help me out ASAP

        I submitted all the documents properly and fee. There were no fault
        In any documents and information but they send us from b counter to directly d counter and kept our file on hold. They never gave any instruction to visit again just said all is fine. Then after 20 days when i had no recieved any update, i visited again adrash mall chandigarh to inquiry but they just said us to give photocopy of acknowledgement or recipe and never gave the answer of our question properly.. This made the public to suffer..
        After that.. Till i don't hv recieve any message or update. It is more than month.. I need my passport in this month. Please take some strict action.

          I have been trying to schedule my appointment for renewal of passport under tatkaal category for past 10 days. Everyday i log in around 10:30 to ensure i fix it up by 11. At 11:02 it shows all seats filled. Would really appreciate if you could help me get my passport renewed on priority as i have to travel abroad for some personal problem which requires my immediate attention.

            Abhay Juneja's response             Please reissue me passport as soon as possible. I'm navigator from ex Indian Navy. Spend 21 years in Moscow and came back to India dt[protected] for reissue passport. Ec has been submitted to Rpo Chandigarh.

              For the sake of passport, i appeared for issuance of new passport on 13.02.2017 at your ambala passport office and while submitting undertaking that i have applied for noc from my employer, your office has issued me a passport bearing number as p-7035607,

              Now i have received 2-copies of the said noc from my employer after receiving permission from our head office, i am enclosing a photo copy of the same with request to please inform where should i dispatch the same to your office so that in future i may not face any difficulty for visa etc.

                    I am a senior citizen and wish to attand a function in dubai from 14th may 2017 and applied for passport of myself (Gian chand goel) and my spouse bimla wati goel, as per the status on internet they are showing the passport are printed and will inform you immediately on dispatch. The same status is showing from the last 10 -12 days.

                    I had already booked my air tickets from chandigarh airport via indigo airline.

                    May i request you to please arrange to dispatch my both the passports at the earliest and oblige.

                      I applied for passport almost 2 months back. After waiting for a long time, it finally arrived on 21st of April, 2017. I noticed that my address is printed incomplete on it. I immediately contacted rpo, chandigarh; from where it was printed. I mailed them several times, repeatedly called them on the given numbers, but all in vain. There's no reply to any call or mail.what's the benefit of providing a mail address or a phone number if no one is going to reply it. Very poor and frustrating services provided by rpo, chandigarh

                        I was applying for passport through online mode and make a payment of rs.1512.75 using a punjab national bank (Pnb) debit card, the amount got deducted from my bank account but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed. This deduction is not returned by passport seva. Kindly refund the amount. It has gone 15 days but i did not get back my money please refund it.

                            Hi I have applied passport for my minor daughter. As per the FAQs listed on http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/online/faqPoliceVerification it is stated that "If either parent of the minor holds a valid passport with spouse name endorsed, passport will be issued to the minor without any police verification". We submitted all the proofs and documents as required. But still after this i got a text message on my cellphone post police verification has been initiated. As per rules their is no need of police verification since i have my wife's name endorsed on my passport. My file number is CH[protected].
