Passport Office Chandigarh — passport renewal

My application number is CH[protected]. I Submitted it on Feb 8, 2024. I submitted my Gazette verification form on August 11, after that I was told New PCC is required but I did not get any response for PCC. Its almost a year I am waiting for my new passport. Please review my application and help me in getting my new passport. I have big hope from you.
