Passport Office Chandigarh — unethical behaviour

My passport appointment was on 1 aug. My file number is ch[protected]
I submitted all the documents properly along with fee. There were no fault
In any documents and information but they send us from b counter to directly d counter and kept our file on hold. They never gave any instruction to visit again just said all is fine. Then after 20 days when i had no recieved any update, i visited again at adarsh lifestyle mall, industrial area phase | to inquiry but they just said us to give photocopy of acknowledgement or recipe and never gave the answer of our question properly.. This made the public to suffer...
Please its a humble request to make urgent enquiry as soon as possible
