I had applied for the passport at Regional Passport Office, Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi on 29.12.2008. My police verification has been completed. I applied for INDIAN Passport at Regional Passport Office New Delhi in a hope that it will be easy to apply for a Passport with so much demand growing and capability of your department in terms of facilities.
But it was shame for me even to tell someone that please do not apply for Passport yourself, in fact choose an agent standing outside Passport Office (unauthorized apparently), does not matter you...

I applied for passport application no Z160543 on 05/March/2008 at Passport Counter, Mini Secretariat Gurgaon.
After so many follow ups with Regional Office in Delhi and local office in Gurgaon there is no update available for my above mentioned passport application.
From last couple of months I have been re-submitting the Personal Particular forms again and again on passport officials request but yet again the status is same...

I Neelam Kataria applied for passport at New Delhi Passport Office(Bikaji Cama Place) refrence no. H015810 on 4th September 2008. I have checked the status it says passport has been granted and passport no. is also granted but I have not yet received the passport at my address.Its more than three months.

Passport Application File No. Z161394/08

My application for passport had been submitted on June 5, 2008 at Gurgaon passport application collection centre. After police verification the passport application had been forwarded to Passport Office, New Delhi on 2nd Sep., 2008 (dispatch No. 663/LP).

On my personal visits to Gurgaon and Delhi passport office still the status of my application is not clear. I presume...

I APPLIED FOR A PASSPORT ON 04/06/08 &05/06/08 HAVING FILE NO:H009697, H009711 & H009871. IN THE STATUS FORMAT SHOWS THAT APP. IS PENDING FOR WANT OF POLICE REPORT IN CASE OF MY CHILDREN AND IN MY CASE BEING GOVT OFFICIAL IT IS WAIVED OFF.BUT NEITHER ANY POLICE ENQUIRY IS REACHED TO POLICE STATION NOR PASSPORT IS ISSUED. Dear Sir,

I want to apply for passport for my husband, who had only schooling till 6th class and does not hold any certificate to proof his school.
Along with the application for issue of fresh passport I submit his Birth Certificate, Voter I-Card, Ration Card, Pan Card as Date of birth & address proofs.

Please let me know are these enough or any other documents would be required.
