Hello sir I applied for PCC at 26 September it pass more than 20 days and a went to police station also there submitted my file still my PCC certificate had not be generated and not be dispatched so I request to please please apply my PC certificate as soon as possible that forward from the police station it is up to you in your office so I request you please generate and dispatch as soon as possible thank you

Yesterday I had visited RPO for my PCC re dispatch they told me your PCC isn't received yet after I said sir it's very emergency then they found it on other counter and said go and talk to passport offier she said okay your PCC will be re dispatch today
I haven't received any update yet I checked status still showing the same which I saw one week ago they don't even recieve our calls

Kindly provide the status of Passport application submitted on 31/08/2020.

But in system its not displaying under any progress.

I called on phone no[protected], 2511742 so many times but nobody pick up the call and when called on toll free no - [protected].

they are giving the fake phone numbers.

plz help.

I have completed my police verification on 21/08/2019.
From this date passport having same status i. E. Passport application is under review at regional passport office.
Till date it is same status.
I also raise the service request for the same but nothing going to happen. No one pick up call at regional passport office nagpur.
Customer care also told us they don't know why it having same status from 2 months.

I have applied for passport in june 2019 and my police verification is also done. The status of my passport is under review of the regional office since 4 months now. I am trying to contact the regional office but no one receives the phone.
I have also emailed them for the status many times but i didn't get any reply from them. I need to know the status to take further actions.
What can i do now??

On 2nd Feb I generate a 4 pli of total rs 982 but
After filling of all the pages on online pli portal, when amount deduction page appear on screen my amount is deducted from my account but the page link failed
So I dnt know the customer id password and my policy number
There for I requested you to please help me out of this problem

Myself Akash Satish Bhoyar, File No-NG01C[protected].

I have submitted my passport documents as RPO chandrapur on 8/01/2018 after that my police verification was called upon on 14/01/2018 and same has been done & sent by Police official on 19/01/2019...
Now my Passport status is showing as police verification report is under review at passport office from 3 Days. What review they are doing when clear report has been issued from Police Dept. This is very Loose Approach.
I am going to write to CM office for this as His hometown Govt is very slow compared to Mumbai.

My passport file no NG[protected] is closed due to absence of marrige certificate.
Other all documents are clear.
There is no need of marriage certificate.please clear me.
When I was in Nagpur office I had completed all formalities and complete the procedure of passport office to get passport after that at last stage after completion, the officer told me that your marrige certificate is required, you bring it and then you will get passport.
But now I heard the marriage certificate is not required in passport formalities..
So I request you please check it and issue the passport.
I was received the SMS that your file no is NG[protected] and it is closed on 04.01.17.

My name is shahanvaj jammaludine khan and i have made a payment of rs. 1500 and the amount was deducted from my account but my payment status against reference number 17-[protected] was displaying as failed. I was informed that within 7 days i will get my deducted amount back. I had interacted with customer care many times, then i had provided the details asked by the people on the other side such as transaction number, screenshot of the deducted amount, my account number etc, for some time i got the response but now they are not even responding to my mails nor they are refunding my deducted amount. Its been more than 2 months. Please help me out in getting back my money.

Dear sir/madam,

Just 15 days back, my old parents came to nagpur passport office located at manakapur for passport renewal appointment and some guy in the office asked them to buy a passport cover, said it would be delivered on the house address, did not give any receipt. He took rs.1100 from them.
Passport cover is never delivered on the house address and i deeply suspect that this could be an incidence of cheating.
I'm sure this must have been captured in the cctv footage.
There appointment was scheduled on 14/09/2017 and name is mr. And mrs. Nagmote.
Although, i'll file a police complaint for sure but request your kind intervention to address the issue.

Am going for police varification on dated 24/04/2017 in parbhani and 02/06/2017 in dhule respectively and they shows clear reports then why not issuing my passport on time. Dearsir i'm already getting late for my passport.
So please take my request for passport under supervision and give me a passport as early as possible.

We didn't understand that much time requires to reach postal parcel from latur to nagpur. It's more than fifteen days. I want to know where it stuck up.
