Passport Office Delhi — passport query

I got a message to my mobile that show cause notice is sent (Scn against rud).

Already i received passport after giving a written letter in regional passport office with reason for undelivered and later scn is issued.

I did not receive scn yet but showing as letter dispatched from post.

Please suggest whether i need to respond or leave it.

If need to respond, where to respond and what to do.
