My police verification was complited within 20 Days in GODAVARIKHANI,KARIMNAGAR Dist, And PARKAL, WARANGAL Dist
My online Status enquire 3 months ago It showed"POLICE REPORT HAS NOT BEEN RECIEVED",still Iam getting the same message
i need passport very urgently becouse i had to appear for IELTS exam,PLEASE find a solution to my problem

Dear Sir,

I have Applied for passport in the year 2010 at sangareddy SP office with file no Z10106710 there was no police verification done till 6 months after submitting personal form the police verification was done in the month of april in the year 2011, but the status in the website is still showing blank. I require passport urgently as I need to travel.

The status in the medak SP office website shows that the police verification is clear and the forms are being sent to secunderabad passport office.

But i have not recieved passport nor there is any status in the website.

Dear Sirs, I had applied for renewal of my passport alongwith the passports of my wife and two kids. The details is as under:

Now for the last eight weeks, it says "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"

Hi, My kids application (File Reference No: HYD-I[protected] has been submitted on Application Date:[protected]. The police verification was done in the month of March 2011. The Passport Verification Status shows as Incomplete in the Dispatch Reference Document Number 193/IP/VC/SB/CYB/2011.

The status on the passport status website shows as "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined". This message is has not been changed from more than 4 months and no communication from the passport office.

Can this be looked and expedite the process.

i have given application on 19/7/2011 for the requirment of PCC...its delaying as i need it urgent before my interview..i hav to submit it to the visa centre...w/o dat my file is incomplete ...its a very serious matter...i hav visited passport office several times n filled the form PPF again for the rapid procedure......til now no1 has cum for enquiry ..its already 25 days i hav submitted my passport...i request u to.plz kindly look into the matter n process to its earliest....

My wife (Miryala Sumitha) applied for her passport renewal on 21-Jan-2011 (file No:HYDF00247011 / KeyNo:[protected]) and completed police enquiry on 14/02/2011 (Ref number 91/IP/VC/SB/CYB/2011 and serial number:80). But passport status says police report not yet received. Please look in to the issue and help me in getting the passport at earliest.

I had applied for passport on 13th June 2011, police varification has been done from my side on 22nd JUNE and report has been send on 6th July to SP office. but still report is not reached to RPO office, I went to SP office but they just say report if they will received the report they will send it to RPO office, they are not ready to tell me either they received it from Local police station or NOT. but i checked on LOCAL police station there record are saying that report has been send on 6th July.

I J.MUKESH an nattive of trimulgherry secunderabad had applied for passport on [11- march -2011] my file no HYD-H[protected] and police verification was completed and status showed as " dispatch date on 16- june - 2011" and since 23 rd june status shows "due to unavoidable circumstances the issue of passport was delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's tym" and yet upto today 25 -july 2011 i havent received my pass port and i need bit urgent since i have to appear for my GRE exam .

I applied for my passport renewal on[protected] and File NO: is F014192. Police verification report was dispatched was done as per inspector from my permanent address. Further verification to present address to bed one.I am going out-of city for 2-3 months and still my verification is not completed. The online status being shown on www.passport.gov.in as follows: “Police Report has not been received”.

My passport expired on 15/4/2011, so technically I don't have a valid passport with me now, I would request the RPO Hyderabad to expedite my passport renewal request.

Hi, I have applied for my son's passport on 9th May 2011 and Police verification was initiated on 17th may 2011. I personally went to Mahadevpura police station with my son and completed the verification formalities. But, they haven't moved the file from there till now (more than a month). They said the inspector got transferred! How long do I need to wait for this file to get moved? I am wondering, there is no incharge for the inspector got transfered. As per my understanding there was no police verification required for minors (he is 1.5 years old). It is very urgent as I am in abroad and trying to bring my son here. Please take an action. I submitted my passport file on 11 feb'2011. Since then my police verification is not done. Online status alsways shows 'Application pending for want of police report'. I inquired in Dariyagang police station and they said file has not been received at their end. I inquired again in the passport office and reply I got is that even they are not having file in their office. Dont know whether my file is misplaced or what i need to do to get my passport ready. Being an Indian, I had struggled like anything to get my passport application documents submitted. Story starts now. My name is Prakash Chandar Khakhal, My passport application status got updated on 24/03/2011 on Regional Passport website (file No. W263577) . As per the rules and regulation of Passport Office, police verification needs to be done within 15-20 days of submission of passport application. After waiting for a long time a policeman came for verification, he confirmed everything about my stay at the present address and also told my neighbors to ask me to call him up since I was not available at home. I visited 3 times Lingampally police station to get details about my passport verification status with no-luck. After some days somehow I got the contact number of the concern person who came for police verification. I requested him to come and verify my stay at my current address and he kept refusing saying he will come today, tomorrow and so. At last great person came to my house for police verification and started asking bogus and non-relevant documents such as all the mark sheets from 1st standard to 10th standard though I have submitted my 10th marks card, driving license of same region, nominee from 1st standard to 10th standard (that even he did not know what nominee is), letter from area police Inspector, company offer letter where I am working presently, salary slip of last one year in original, Bank account details and other nonsense documents. He ordered me that I need to show him all these documents as soon as possible and if I don’t have documents then I need to collect these documents and call him up on this number ([protected]) and his said name Mr. Rajjaq. I showed him the required documents as per the passport requirement and he did not agree with that.
So this is how Indian common people are being treated by Passport Officials. Shame on such people who treat us in such a way that we start suspecting on Government Officers.

At last I had to give an application by standing in a big queue to close my passport application on 1/7/2011 to get my passport application closed. Good advice from me that stop harassing people other we have to take legal way to reply you people.

I am awaiting for the reply on my issue in hope to get passport though I have given application to close my passport application.
