I've applied for my kids passport on 24th Apr and I was told that it will be dispatched by 15th May. Till now, I don't see any progress. No police verification has been done till date. When I call the enquiry, they are simply asking me whether the verification has been done or not and giving generic answer. The online status site shows that the passport will be delivered in a weeks time. The application # is C009513. I will be thankful, if the request is expidited.

Quite unfortunate to bring to your notice regarding the non receipt of my daughters passport. We have submitted our passport application on 4th Dec 2007, and all other formalties like police enquiry also completed but so far we have not recvd the passport. Respected sir this is Shaik Sanaullah, I am one among the most frustrated Bangalore citizen for getting passport. I have applied my Passport in the month of 5/8/2008, even after 45 days I did not receive my passport, and my problems started from hear. I have been to passport office in kormangala after 45 days as per your rule, the office over there told me that there are discrepancies “your Police verification status that you are residing in you current address for less than 1 year”
OK, I did not receive any mail the officer told we have sent you a letter. Our great postal department has not delivered it. Eventually again I have write a letter and attach a document where I was residing previously. On July 1st, 2008 i have submitted all my discripencies docouments but till the date I have no idea what is going on. Even I have checked online but there is no update. Sir I work in Night shifts by the time I come home it will be 11.00 in the morning and not to forget. I have called up the kormangala office for at lest 200 times but there is no one to pick up the call. Just to let you know sir I got a offer form my company to go abroad I have only have 10 more days to go. I have been struggling very very hard to get my passport. No one is ready to help if you need any information come to Kormangala and stand in that “Q”

We both husband and wife applied for renewal of our passposrts on 17/06/2008, vide file no : W 238401and W238403 respectively, and police verification is also completed on 15 th of july 2008. and our files being dispatched to the Regional Passport Office Hyderabad on Dt.31/07/2008, with our outward nos. 1250 and 1251 respectively.And when we checked the status of our passports it is showing that the Police verification is not completed. Eventhough police verification is already completed and dispatched to the RPO, Hyd.on 31/07/2008, with vide outward nos as mentioned above.

Subsequently we husband and wife personally met the PRO two times on dt. 05/08/2008 and 08/08/2008 respectively and submitted our representations enclosing my daughters wedding invitation.

Hence we humbly plead with the RPO, Hyd see that our passports may be dispatched at an early date so as to enble us to attened the wedding of our daughter on dt.28/09/2008 at Daallas, Texas, U.S.A.

For your kind information, This is Srinivasa Rao Muthum .I was applied for a fresh passport at Hyderabad Passport Office dated 08/08/2007. After some days Police officials have arrived my permanent address mentioned in the application and completed their verification process within 25 working days since the date of application. But after this 1 month later I have checked and found there was no update my passport status in the Online.

On a fine day I had visited Adalath placed at Passport Office (Hyderabad) to come to know about the status of my application. The officials replied me back that Police have to submit clearance certificate from the other address mentioned in the application form which is at GUNTUR (Guntur Dist.). They advised me to register one Personal Particulars Form (PPF) application again for address verification process and I have done the same.

After a few days I revisited the Adalath again and did enquire about my application Status. The officials have replied me the same that they have been waiting for the clearance certificate from the police officials.

After all getting frustration I went into the Adalath once again in the last month of July 2008 for checking out the status. They have replied me that they have finally received the Police Clearance Form from the concerned police department and keeping the application ahead for the next phase and have also told by them that I would be getting the passport within 15 days.

When I checked out my status online I found nothing mentioned in my status box. I was shocked and again have approached the Passport officials in last month of August'2008. They told me again that still the application is in the process and need to wait for another 15 days.

So, I would request you all please help me in getting my passport as early as possible. Please forgive me if we have written or mentioned anything wrong in the above but I would request you to do some justice to my request and help me reaching my goal and I believe in that you would not disappoint me in the same.

I applied for Passport under Tatkal scheme on 25/01/2011. I submitted my application and fees in the Regional Passport office and I was supposed to receive my passport on 02/02/2011. Its already the 14th of February but I haven't received it yet.

I am in urgent need of the passport and would like to know why the delay. Is there any way I can track this ? What is the point of spending extra to receive something faster, when it doesn't even arrive in time ?

The SMS channel the passport office mentions does not even respond to the SMS's that I sent enquiring about the Passport. The website status says 'Police report not received', which is not helpful at all as in 'Tatkal' scheme the Police verification happens after receiving the Passport. The phone number mentioned on the website is also of no use as nobody picks up !

I applied for a passport on 14/12/2011 but still know i didnot even receive the verification call also when i call to toll free number[protected] the person says they sent my application to commissioner office but when i went to comissioner office my file has not yet come there My File n0- HY[protected] plz let me know.
