Passport Office Hyderabad — misleading options for tatkal centre | |||
Respected sir I booked online Fresh Tatkal option for my new born baby at Khammam centre . But after reaching centre in Hot summer morning on appointment schedule, my kid details were not updated to them . Thr reason given by your staff was that no Tatkal option available at their centre. I called customer care and RPO also . But I got no reply . The staff asked me to pay again and book under Normal category . I lost my working day and also made doubke payment for passport Wjen there is no Tatkal option, why did you diaplay the Khammam centre name under Tatkal category? Was this information helpful? | |||
