My name is jetharam maan. I had applied for the passport on 12/04/2018 with file number jp01c[protected]. Till today my passport is not received at rpo office. The same online status is found yet. Sir, i want my passport urgently. Can i convert my normal passport application into tatkal application. Please guide me and help me.
