Passport Office Jaipur — Delay the reissue passport

Hello, actually we are waiting nearly one month for my wife passport. File no. Jp[protected], , DOB[protected]. Could you please let us know what problem are coming because we give the passport reissue last month in jaipur. I am a australian citizen but my wife and 2 months old baby are still in indian.In last month partner visa of my wife is open, but immigration wants to pcc, which is only possible on new Passports and new address. We have no time for waiting passport, visa will refuse, please understand my situation. Please reissue passport. Thank
