I am ganpat choudhary my arn is[protected].i had paid fee for passport via online payment.the payment status shows failed and fee of rupees 1500 also deducted form my account.the payment was made on 30/01/17
My appointment was on 10/02/17
Please look in to the matter and refresh my payment status or refund the fee amount

I Smt. Prem lata yadav applied for passport on[protected]. My File No. is JPRA04962611 . Police verification has been done before two months.Receipt Printed at 11 : 51 by P207. I and my husband applied both at a time but my passport not received and my husbands passport have received before one month ago(File No.JPRA[protected]. Person who deliver my husband passport said without suvidha shulk passport with not found. Kindly look into the matter.

JPRA04962611 dated[protected] for my passport not received. in the passport office there is tedious and harrashment procedure for enquiry and complaint and enquiry about passport because all the formalties asked to bring which I have made at the time of passport application in the long Q for enquiry other wise you will be not entertained.Its help to broker. kindly look into the matter which help brokering.

Hopeless because there is no reply.

On checking the website, I find that the passport was ready on 11-02-09, but it has still not been delivered to me.

The police enquiry due to change in address was also complied with, at least 15 days or so ago.

I applied for the passport at JHUNJHUNU under Jaipur Office on 16/2/2008 when I was doing Project work in CEERI, Pilani during M.Tech study . still I didn't get it.
I (Kulwant Singh) have already met Passport officer at jaipur office on 20th December 2010 regarding my passport application (File No: Z 922793). On that meeting I came to know that he got wrong information about my govt. job, while I mentioned in my form as a student. I was asked on that meeting to produce proof o[censored]nderstanding for not a government employee in CEERI Pilani. As I submitted the same with undertaking on the same day itself, you have promised me to receiving my passport within one week to CEERI address.

I waited for two weeks for the same, but didn’t receive it. I send the (rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in) an e- mail on 7th Jan 2011. But till now I didn’t get any replay from you. I tried many times to contact you through phone[protected] &[protected], 2711513, 2710884) at your office, but I couldn’t success to talk you. On 4th February 2011, I had sent my authorized person to your office to enquire real position of Passport. The person at the counter No 1 of your office informed to my candidate that applicant is not staying in CEERI because of that we are not able to send the passport to CEERI. He didn’t allow my authorized candidate to meet passport officer.

The answer which was given by a person at counter no 1 was meaningless because during our meeting I have already given you a certificate from CEERI that shows that I have already left the CEERI and after one month I am getting the same information from your side this is very painful.

Since this fault is from Passport office side because of I suffered from last 3 years. can I ask for penalty against passport office people.

Jaipur Passport Office — delay

Pl. refer to my file application no.JPR-W[protected] DT.[protected].
All formalities have been done, still I have not received. it is already 12 months passed.pl.let me know as when I will get the passport.I am scheduled to go abroad in feb.The urgent reply is required.

I am KIRTI CHOUHAN applied for passport having application no. JPRZ46544 dated 22-NOV- 2011.
My Police Verification has been sent by Suprintendent of police BILARA TH - JODHPUR vide dispatch no...in the month of Dec 2011.
The Online present states is still showing POLICE VERIFICATION REPORT INCOMPLETE AND THE CASE BEING EXAMINED. Though I applied on 22 NOV, 2011.Its been 3 months, I am waiting for my passport.

raj — Passport Office Complaint

Jaipur passport is really same for the country. They don’t pick phone, they dont reply email... such unprofessional people are working in these offices who will make them accountable for people.. if you apply for a passport then except god no one knows when you will get your passport... no reply atall...

Sir, I have applied my passport on 15/10/2008, my file no.JPR-W291024 and key no.[protected]. My all inquiry is complete but I have not received my passport till today. I have rec. a letter from them on 4/4/11 thatfurnish my father or mother correct name after that i send them mail on there id but no reply from them today. my name on recept is also wrong my name is MOHAN BABU but on rec. the name is MOMAN BABU PLEASE CORRECT IT . help me to get my passport early. Hi Friend,

You are getting passport by 22/5/2011 i.e. in 4 Months... then be cool na, kya issue hai. it is gov office. logo ke passport to 6 month bad tak bhi nahi aate hai...

However if you want your passport early then you should apply for your passport under Tatkal scheme with some extra payment/fee.

We know that there is rule applied in every Govt. office and they are abide follow them. Tatkal scheme is an alternate option for getting passport sooner. So, if that is the only solution to get your passport on time or sooner then they should stop the regular service and start other schemes for getting the things done on time.

My advice would be that Passport office should be privatized, which will make a big difference.

Police varification has been sent to you with No.2779 Dated 11.03.2011. I have Not received my passport till today . Your website showing that police Report have not received .
