Passport Office Jalandhar Complaints & Reviews

I went to passport regional office today for my 1 year old baby. But the guard sitting there didn't let me in because I didn't have the print out of the appointment letter. Even if the appointment message was already there, still they wanted to have the appointment printout.
I mean why no body is keeping a check why is going on in the system. Why there are rules to harass the public.
The website was down and I came back to my home. Can anyone take an action on the RPO Jalandhar.

Hi it’s probably 1 year gone for to sumbit my documents I didn’t get my passport we have already completed all documentation but why you didn’t give me any response thats is really ### service provided by you office

I am from rajpura punjab and i booked a passport date on mpassport on 5april and register for 26 april for psk hoshiyarpur in tatkall and paid the amount but on 26 april when i reache there they are not accepting my appointment and not answaring in good way i genuinly want to know they said to me that u cant fill in hoshiyarpur then why passport side have option to take appointment in their side or accept my payment and this payment will be not refundable they are making stupid of people.

I have applied for renewal passport since May 27/2022, there was some issues as I renewed my old passport from Toronto. So waiting for reply from Toronto consul but now they have everything still no update . I have been sent emails multiple times no reply, no body picking up my phone call I called more than 100 times it’s so frustrating I m stuck here I need to go back Canada to resume my work I m not getting any more extension please help me out . I purchased the passport cover on[protected] but they did not send me the cover but they said you will get your cover on the date when you recieved your passport.I received my passport but I did not received my passport cover.I paid Rs.500 for that and the passport receipt Number is:PP[protected]

I am in New Zealand. My son lives in India with his grandparents. My son's passport was about to expire so we applied for his passport renewal. My husband and I sent an authority letter to authorize my in laws to apply for my son's passport on our behalf as we both live in New Zealand. They have applied for his passport renewal and everything has been done. Even the police verification has been cleared but the status of the application keeps showing that it is under review and this has been the same from a month now. We dont know what to do as we have tried calling their customer care service several times but no one picks the call. We are also unable to get an appointment which means we can go to their office and ask them what is going on because they dont allow anyone to go in the office without appointment. We urgently need the passport so please help. We would be really grateful to you. Thank you

I have paid for passport cover in PSK and have the receipt of payment. But I have nit received the cover along with passport in speed post.

My name is Ravneet kaur and i am from Amritsar.i took appointment for reissue of passport and portal show jalandhar and hushiarpur but nothing Amritsar then i selected jalandhar ... the staff asked me to take appointment in Amritsar because you are out of our jurisdiction but the portal nothing showed Amritsar and they never signed my paper for reissue i requested alot of time i was requesting till 2pm to 5pm for sign but they never showed any concern ...in whole process what is my mistake only that i am Indian and the system of India we all know...and i wasted my money 3time

I am Dr. Rama Sharma and I have filed a complaint against Hritik Saini S/O of Durga Prashad, resident of Deshmesh Garden Colony, Near I.T.I Pathankot, Punjab and Harnoor Kaur Sandhu D/O of Iqbaljeet Singh Sandhu, a resident of 338, defence colony, dalhousie road, Chhatwal, Chatwal, Pathankot, Punjab in SSP Office, Pathankot due to their misbehavior and life threats given to me.
So, if any-day they come for any passport information or collection of passport, passport must be kept on hold and the passport should be kept in custody by the officials.

I am citizen of india living in hoshiarpur. I got married on 30th of december and we have requested to put my husbands name in my passport since 4th of january after that we got enquiry near around 17th of january but after that we got adverse police report on 30th of january we went to jalandhar passport office and asked about the problem and they said that there might have been problem with spellings about my native house address.. They said i will get message within 10 days but i haven't got anything yet.. So i am urging you to help me out in this matter.. My parents in jandiala guru are waiting for enquiry. Satshriakal ji.. My son's passport file no ja[protected]. Name samardeep singh dob 05.11.2018.. His passport dispatched from passport office jalandhar the day 11.09.2019. But till now it is stuck at nsh post office jalandhar. We are contacting to head post office but they are not providing any information about this consignment. Please verify where is passport. From post office they are saying that we should complaint at passport office. Is it lost? O delivered at wrong address... We are worried. Please help us to find our passport..

Mistake my mother spelling for my passport required documents for procedure all submit three documents my mother correct spelling submitted and news paper add submit and gazzet proof submit. But last time no solution 2 and half month very struggle but last time no solution please help me enquiry for passport department it's fake work meri mom ne wait kari bahut but last mein yeh hi sunna pada nahi hoga koi solution bhi nahi bataya yeh log sirf paise aur sifarish ka kam karte dekh liya humne i have requested u ki in par sakhat karwai ki jaye koi meri teraf struggle na kare plz sir meri problem ka solution aur mere jaise jitne bhi log hai unko support kare

I am Dr Abhilaksh MD working in Capitol hospital cheif intensivist.
I have renewed my passport in 2016 but due to my conference In Mumbai I was not present at the time of inquiry,
My passport was on compounded status, so I immediately contact the passport office and submitted the affidavit of reason behind my absence and request for re inquiry,
Re inquiry took place and Every thing went fine and normal.
Now I had flight on 16 June to Dubai from Amritsar where immigration showed me impound status and kept my passport gave me a Letter.
Kindly help me with the issue.

Sir/mam,
I got a letter from regional passport office Jalandhar dated 16 may yesterday i.e 6th June in which I was asked to see PIA with original documents within 7 working days otherwise my file will be closed.
Since I received the letter so late and now my file of renewal of passport has been closed.
Kindly help me as I needed the passport urgently to apply for visa.
It is not at all my fault so kindly help me resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have issued my passport in 1995 and travel to london in 1996 and came back with my girlfriend for getting married in 2000 but my family was against it and payed someone who is working in passport office to vanished my passport file from record. And made fresh passport to proof i never had passport before and never have been abroad before means that i am not there son, coz someone else used new passport to go abroad means everything i has on my passport now don't exist and i am not able to proof my id coz in passport office records i issued my first passport in 2000 then how can i go abroad before that. So i have humble request to indian government and passport officials to do something about it and help me with this and get back my identification, i will be appreciated indian government for this. I have fully believe in indian constitution
