My mother go in passport office today for change her date of birth and for add her qualification with proper documents but passport officer said is too long process to do it but still i have no problem for that i want to change date of birth and add qualification i don't know what his name he will set in the counter no.1 in jalandhar passport office he can not talk properly and not listen properly give me solution how i can change my mother date of birth and add qualification in the passport its urgent. This case already discuss with in help line number after that i will send my mother to go with documents and change it. Its urgent give me solution as soon as possible.

My name is sukhwinder singh and father;s name is revender singh
But when the passport was issued. My name spelling read as sukvindhar singh and my father name spelling read as revindher siingh.

Ilike to correct it. Please advice me what to do?
Should i apply afresh or have to fill up a form. If it's a fprm please clarify the
Specimen of it either mail it to me or state the details.

Moreover whether it s to be given on plain paper or on court judicial paper

Sir mane unse Bhut kah ki sir mujhe bateye to sahi to o kehane lage ki nahi aap yaha pr rahete nahi ho mane kaha ki apko kisne kaha o phir o officer nahi mana phir mane use Second day call kiya to unse request ki but phir mane unse poocha ke sir aap hi bateye aab kase hoga to unhone kaha ki ma apne officer se baat krke bataunga next day ma unse mila to unhone kaha ki 4500 rupe lagenge mane keha sir ye to bahut jayada ha sir ma ek private job karta hunn salry bhi meri 6000 ha aab hi bateye mane phir se inquiry ki application dal di but phir wo hi officer aya but is time me work pe gya huaa tha phir ghar pr merei chachi thi unhone officer se poocha ki ma apne bhatze ko bulau to use officer ne kaha ki nahi koi jarurat nahi ha but usne phir se ofice ne ye hi likh ke bhej diya ki ma is address pe rehata nahi Hun

My name is amit sharma from phagwara . actually the problem is my passport has beenissued on two number suppose to be my passport no: is k0207965 but by mistake its k0208165.. so today i went to passport office jalandhar and i met to mr.anil kumar and they said to me you you have to re issue your passport . its not a solution yesterday i have flight from delhi but they sttoped me there because of this reason.i hope u'll take a action as soon as

Staff at Jalndhar passport kendra are very rude, unprofessional, helpless and arrogant. They make up their own rules and policies just to harras consumers. Consumers are forced to return to passport kendra 3-4 times usually.
Staff ask for the documents which are not mentioned anywhere on the official website. Staff claims that the website is not correct hence where should people look for correct information.

Passport has been lost in 2004 after that has filled fir file no .10 of 18/09/2003 and old passport number R681935 after that applied for new passport issue there is no response from passport office and no one is ready to answer for the issue its around 13 years after lost passport .

coming to the point.....my question and complaint is that ...when you did not allow and pass any commercial building without sufficent parking space........then why a govt. office like passport office is running in building ,when there is no parking.........all that happpend under your nose.........why you let the passport office and not to other buildings.....first of all cover goct. officees and then private buildings.............

Kapurthala.My Police Verification file no. P/39607/09- S.S.P,Kapurthala / 10165-P- P.S.,Phagwara.I was told that i will get further information with in 8 to 10 days.But i checked my status on enquiry website and get no result till today,So kindly check my request and let me know my status of passport application on my email id given below.

Dear Sir,

1. With regard the few lines for your kind consideration and favourable order please,
2. I, Mr. Kishor Kumar put up the all documents with matric certificate for apply of new passport in respect of my wife Mrs. Bobby Rani through “Youvee World Wide Services ( Regd)”authorized agent, Model Town Road Jalandhar with Rs 1, 500/- ( Rs 1000/- for Fee and Rs 500/- Service charge by Youvee World Wide Services). The all documents along with Matric Certificate (date of birth documentary proof) was forwarded to your office by Youvee world Wide service on 12-Dec-2008 vide your file No P082541 Dt 12-Dec-2008.on 04-Mar-2009. I have received My wife new passport with stamp stated that Emigration check required (ECR). My wife already matric passed and metric certificate has already been enclosed with document had already been forwarded by Youvee World Wide to your office on 12 –Dec-2008. As per law of External Affairs there is ECR not required when apply person already matric passed.
3. Then again, I resubmit the passport No H 3236178 of Bobby Rani to rectify the my observation that change the stamp Emigration Check Not Required
( ECNR) in stead of ECR. The passport office inform me
that your wife will personally deposit their passport.
Then I request passport officer that my wife is in
pregnant and she is not in position to personally deposit
her documents. Now she is under treatment in Meerut
(UP) to her home and it is not possible to fulfil your above
requirement. The officer accept my request then I deposit my
wife passport to passport office vide your C 780
Dt 06-Mar-2009 ( Photo copy attached for you ready ref ).
4. After a gap of 25 days I received my wife passport with
your office remarks that apply for Miscellaneous service
correction with usual formalities. It is not understood
why your office harrsed me without any specific reason
5. In view of the above, you are requested to rectify the above observation at you end and change the stamp ECNR in stead on ECR at the earliest. Again the photocopy of Metric certificate duly attested and authority letter from my wife is also submitted to your office for your further necessary action.
6. An early action is requested under intimation to me in above mention ed my home address

1. It is requested that I have visited passport office Jalandhar six times & have met Sh. Bakshi Singh, Asstt. Passport Officer, written four letters and my employer has sent NOC confirmation thrice as mentioned below but the reason given for non issuance of passport is that the confirmation of my NOC has not been received in passport office.
2. That in reference to passport office letter Z323841 dated 25-06-08 my employer confirmed the genuineness of the NOC vide letter no. 72 dated[protected] through speed post center, Amritsar vide receipt no. EE[protected]IN dated[protected].
3. My employer again sent reminder NOC confirmation vide no. 127 dated[protected] on my request as directed by Sh. Bakshi Singh, Asstt. Passport Officer through speed post center, Amritsar vide receipt no. EE[protected]IN dated[protected] and the delivery of this letter on[protected] has been confirmed by speed post center, Amritsar vide out ward complaint no.[protected] dated[protected].
4. Then due to non-receipt of passport after seven months, I again met Sh. Bakshi Singh, Asstt. Passport Officer on[protected] and the answer was same that your NOC confirmation has not been received in this office.
5. Now, on my request my employer has again sent second reminder NOC confirmation by Name to Mr. A.K. Mahajan, Passport Officer, Jalandhar vide no. 141 dated[protected] through speed post center, Amritsar vide receipt no. EE[protected]IN dated[protected].
6. You are kindly requested to take up the matter with passport office Jalandhar for the issuance the passport at the earliest.
