Dear sir,

Sub: Incompletion of passport Process & delivery.
sir,
I had applied for Passport under tatkaal scheme at Lucknow office
But despite of completing of all documents requirement on application date[protected], the passport is still under-process.so what is use of tatkaal scheme?
Please refer the grievance to related officer/ Department to process and deliver the passport quickest.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My wife "Rashmi Dilip Singh" and my daughter "Astha Singh-minor" have applied for Indian Passport through the collection center Chandauli on[protected].
The Police enquiry took place in last week of March. When I check its status in official website its shows:

1) File Reference Number : LKO-Z[protected] : Applicant's Name : RASHMI DILIP SINGH :Police Report has not been received.

2) File Reference Number : LKO-Z[protected] : Applicant's Name : ASTHA SINGH :It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time.

I wrote several times to PRO Lucknow and Griveance shell, New Delhi but did not get proper respose.
I inqured at my my Local Police station Chakia and Passport office Lucknow trying to get an update for both passport status but unable to find any information except for the status posted on internet which never gets changed.

I wonder, when the PRO replied to one of my mails, It was written that they are waiting for POLICE REPORT to issue the passport where the applicant is minor(only 18 months old).

Request you please look into this matter and guide me to get these passport as early as possible.

Grievance :This is with regard to my sisters passport application A041901/09 dated[protected].She visited the passport office Lucknow personally on 1st June 2009, to enquire about her passport application status and also filled in PP form enclosed with all required documents as instructed. Since, then she am continuosly following up with my Local Police station Basti and Passport office Lucknow trying to get an update for her passport status but unable to find any information except for the status posted on internet which never gets changed. She also tried calling the PRO Lucknow and other officers number mentioned on internet but there is no response.

Request you please look into this matter and guide me to get my passport as early as possible.

i applied for my passport in 31/July/2009. Police has not come to my house for inquiry upto this time and Internet is showing that `Police Report has not been received` from 06/08/2009 to last updated on 25/08/2009. So please find out about delay in Police Inquiry. sir, it will b very kind o[censored] i[censored] please help me in doing so . my File No. is LKOA15814209

Please see in this matter that it is very sad to say that, inspite of forwarding my PVR dispatch number still RPO-Lucknow is not doing any needfull step.
Almost 6 month have been passed when i had applied for my PP in Sultanpur (U.P.)-Passport office.
So why they are finding problem, i am giving dispatch number-704, which was delivered on 11-May-09 to RPO -Lucknow.
I had applied for my passport on 13-March-09.
Please take needfull step, already i had emailed several complaint regarding this issue.
On the website of RPO-Lucknow from 6 months it is only showing that PVR report had not recieved.
But i have furnished all the details, all PP-enquiry was completed in the month of march but still 6 month have been passed i had not recieved my passport.Please look in this matter.

I, Dr.Sunil Kumar Dwivedi applied for passport renewal after expiry and lost passport under tatkal scheme in Regional Passport office Lucknow on 23.06.09.My File No.is LKO C001824 09.I approached many times but could not get the satisfactory answer.Even after 2.5 months I am not able to get the renewed passport.I deposited Rs.2500/- cash personally at the office for this tatkal scheme.
Please look into the matter and do needful.

We have submitted the following two Passports to the Regional Passport Office lucknow on 01.01.09 but till date, we have not received the passports yet. Their online updation says that Police report has not been recieved but report has already been submitted vide s. no. 85 on 20.02.09 :

We would, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and advise the concerned authorities to do the needful as soon as possible.

I have submitted my passport application on 21/04/2009 for renewal of my passport no. M-848037. with all necessary documents and original NOC received from my parental department with haj pilgrim acknowledgment receipt dated 01/04/2009, my cover no. UP[protected] yet not received.

This is a complaint for the issuance of my Passport (File No. LKOA037290). I had applied my passport on 27th Jan 2009 at Passport office Lucknow from Allahabad.i had got completed with all the formalities of police enquiry as well as LIU enquiry in the first week of april but till todays date my passport status shows that police report has not been recieved till date.plz look forward to my application i need it urgently

It is pathetic to see that after 5 months the passport is not being processed and it still shows as the status "Police report has not been received". I cannot divulge the file number because of security reasons but I did mention my gmail id and if required I can proved the details on further request. I have written several mails to the Lucknow Passport office and every time I get a fixed response, we have fwd your request to the concerned department. passport has been submitted on 31st Dec '08. And after 5.5 months there seems to be no work has been done. No one is telling us anything. When we talked on the phone to the lucknow office, they told us that we should have bribed them earlier.

If anyone do look to these complaints please.. take the necessary action.
(Though I am not sure if anyone from teh concerned department is really going to look into this..

My name is Krishna Kumar, I have applied for passport on[protected]File # LKOA[protected] but still i have not recieved the Passport.Till last month i was seeing a status on passport site as "Status :It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a weeks time". But when i checked last week i found a new status as "File Reference Number (LKO-A[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available"
I have written Grievance mail to "rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in""grv.[protected]@mea.gov.in"and on "http://pgportal.gov.in/" i called to lucknow passport office but most of the numbers which i found on web page are not in use or nobody will respond them.

sir my name is upendra singh S/O shri dayashankar prajapati from village &post amkhera district jalaun. i'm here by informing you that sir i have subbmitted all the doccument that are neceessary for that and i"ve also taken my verification from S.P OFFICE of my district and also pollice verification about my address proof and as well as the lcal guaranteer.but it is the matter of grerat surprise that now approximt 4 month have passed but i have not recieved my passprt .i have also inquired of S.P OFFFICE of my district &they are also saying yhat i"ve sent all the doccument to passport office lucknow.but when i enquired in passport office lucknow then i got a single response that ur verification from S.P OFFICE o[censored]r district untill recieved.so what can i do?and L.I.U OFFICE FROM S.P OFFICE DISTRICT JALAUN MR.R.B SACHAN . i had applied for passport vide file no. LKOZ28253808 after few days passport office demanded new application form filling of all columns i had send it by registered post to passport office lucknow on 10.03.2009 but no status is showing in passport office website. kindly do the needfull and issue me the passport as eralier as possible.

Hi,

I have been tired to follow up with LUCKNOW PRO regarding my passport (applied an yr back).. here is how the story has gone so far:

1. The passport has not been delivered though it has been more than a year since applied. (Applied on (06-July-2007)

2. I met the PRO in Lucknow office dated 19th dec 2008. He said that second enquiry is due which will happen in next 10 days which didn’t happen.

3. I met PRO again in Lucknow office dated 12th Jan 2009. It was stated from the passport officers that applicant mentioned the residence address wrong saying such location now comes in diff district. I got an affidavit from notary mentioning that I did mention Father name MOHD ABRAUL HAQ SIDDIQUI by mistake and requested to correct it as MOHD ABRARUL HAQ and submitted to passport office Lucknow. Again I was assured to have enquiry within next 10 days.

4. I was called in NANPARA and BAHRAICH Police Chauki’s (between 15Aug-27Sep) and all enquiries and formalities were done. I was again assured to check the status of passport after few days.

5. Now when I check the status of passport on http://www.indianpassport.nic.in entering my file reference number. It says -:

File Reference Number (A09557507 of lko) is either wrong or Information NOT available.


6. I think this will cross the numbering even in two digits if I write all of the follow ups I have made with LUCKNOW PASSPORT OFFICE.. Even I have not got any response from rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in when complaint.

7. Lastly when enquired with PRO again on 02nd Feb 2007, they say that FILE IS MISSING.

Now I don’t have any hope from Lucknow PRO, just that if can get a confirmation on applying second passport now. actually I would have done that but my passport agent says if they find the duplicate details matching applicant's name, DOB, and guardian's name this would be a FROD.

BUT IS LUCKNOW PRO DOING JUSTICE TO ME.???

This is a complaint for the issuance of my Passport (File N. LKOA[protected]. I had applied my passport on 12th Jan 2009 at Passport office Lucknow. I had visited to SP office and poolice station of my distric Ballia in first week of march, but my enquiry form was not there till date.

I and my family members applied for passport in 2003 in RPO, Lucknow as per following file reference nos but as yet no passport have been issued.We filed an affidavit reg permanent address in Sep, 2008 with RPO, Lucknow but even than passports have not been issued and there is no intimation that what is the problem now ? Police verification was executed long back.
