Passport Office Lucknow Complaints & Reviews

I had applied for tha passport in Aug 07: file no LKOA12018207.
All the verifications had been done within two months and after that the status was "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time". This status was being displayed for 5-6 months.
Now no information is available abt my application on portal.
Can anybody...

The Lucknow office has taken about 2 years to issue the passport, since time taken was very longwe have changed our accomodation and my son Mayank Singh has joined IIT Delhi and is pursuing his masters design in engineering.(M.DES)
The rules of passport office say they can only mail to the same address.
Under present scenerio options are two.

my passport( F.R.N LKOA1897407) was sent to me at my present adress which is my hostel in june 2008. i was home for the sumer vacations and could not receive it. thereafter i went to the lko passport ofice n submited an application with an envelope of rs.35 in august 2008. but i hav not received my passport till date.
kindly let me know the staus and why is it not being posted again on my email id....

I have applied for passport on 28/06/08 and had police inquiry in July month End. The status of my passport got updated few days before when i send mail. The status says the police inquiry has not been received. In applied date they say[protected] The day on which i filed complain or send mail on rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in)

Despite constant follow-up and repeated reminders the passport autorities did not issued the passort of my wife and the message on nic information displaying since october2007 this will be dispatched within a week .While apporoaching in passport office in january 2008, the authorities suggested me to submit the affidavit regarding non- issuanceof the passport previously, which i also submitted in march 2008 but the passport is still awaited...

Hi,

My infant child passport is stuck up in Lucknow passport office.

Lucknow RPO issued passport for my son but they did mistake in parent's name and then we requested to correct and re-issue the passport. After that once they displayed on the internet that passport will be issued on 16th July 2008. It is nearly 2 months since my first application, after repeated email and phone call to Lucknow passport...

Sir, i had submitted my application on oct07 with all required document and report like police report L.I.U. Report and forward to lucknow office and s.p. Office find the recipt copy and one copy i have also so now problem is that whenever i enquired in site or office they said police report not recived yet what the hell is this when i have copy from sp office so i think that lucknow office want to money to forward my report what is this...
