Passport Office Lucknow — status of passport

My name is mohammad ahmad and my file number is lk[protected] and my date of birth is 05/03/1990. I have applied for passport at lucknow passport office on 29/09/2017 but till today i don't get my passport and not also any suitable answer from the passport office.
I request you sir please look at this matter and give me the passport as soon as possible.
