Passport Office Patna — regarding delay in my passport

I am nishant kumar and my file number is pa27c[protected]. I am not gating any update about the passport from three months. Whether i check on the website, it is written (Police verification report for passport application is under review at the regional passport office. Passport will be dispatched after police verification report is found clear, subject to granting. The applicant would receive an sms/e-mail once the passport is dispatched) and i have looking this from approximate last 3 months.

I have already dome my police verification in my nearest police station in bariarpur.

Sir/madam i need your help and i request you to help me as soon as possible.
