Passport Office — Payment Failed
My Application Reference Number is 17-[protected].
I was doing online payment for fresh passport appointment and the amount of rupees 1512 has been deducted from my bank account but the status on passport portal is displaying as Failed. Here is the response I got after the transaction. See the attachment,
They are mentioned If transaction failed then the amount will refund within 7 days.
I have done this transaction 28th Feb 2017 but till date not refunded.
